Omg Nicholas was so genuine, I felt like I was talking to one of my nephews so kind, easy going and made the call so free spirit. I really appreciate that and he got me convience Aleviate was better choice then the competitors. He earns a promotion or a raise just saying.

THIEVES. RUN!!!! I hired them 3 years ago and STILL nothing. They wanted to charge me AGAIN! After paying 10k and got NO HELP. NO RESOLUTION. I'M SUING THEM.

I had Jason work on my IRS paperwork. The gentleman that did this job were the best of the best!!!! Jason took a lot of time with me, and I certainly needed a lot of help. I am a 79 year old lady who isn’t very computer smart. Jason led me thru step by step and in several hours Jason managed to make me computer wiser than I was when he started talking to me. Jason has the patience to lead me thru this, he has the patience to help anyone!!! Thank you Jason for all your expert help, I couldn’t have done this without you. I wish for you to have a wonderful year! Tell your boss he hired the right guy to do this job , and I say you deserve a raise for all your hard work. The only good experience I had w this joke of a place was w Rafid A. Rafid was so kind and professional and tried to keep me and my husband calm after a giant mess the useless woman who was my contact person before RafidA. Thank Goodness for Rafid! Alleviate is lucky to have him as I felt much safer in his hands after the mess up that the name I won’t say. She was right before Rafid. She almost had me owing the IRS almost 30k due to her brainless mean and nasty work ethic! Rafid was wonderful though First let me say that once the tax preparation people got the correct information , they fixed the giant mess that the miserable and unprofessional woman caused for us by giving seriously wrong information to the tax preparation team, they fixed it when I saw she didn’t put certain income in the correct place for tax preparation guy! She was rude and unprofessional! Thank God for Rafid A and the man Macaneany and other tax experts and lawyer. Thank you RAFID

My experience with Alleviate Tax has been great so far. They are prompt and knowledgeable. Mr.Erickson was very personable and helped alleviate lots of stress around my tax issues.

I was thinking about doing this for quite some time and then was able to speak with Myles Vasquez. He was extremely patient with me as I was still indecisive and I hadn't been well for a couple of days and I was working and I put them off a few times and then finally we texted and we connected today. He called me at the scheduled time that we planned and it took quite a while, but he was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, very empathetic towards the fact that I am extremely distrustful of most people which is definitely not a good thing but when you've experienced a lot of people that take advantage, this is how you end up and I'm up in my years, but Myles was wonderful and he explained everything very well. I understood all of it. We went through the whole process and my case was accepted and I'm hoping for a really good outcome. I know Myles will do everything he can to make that happen I thank Myles for everything he did and said and he is a very, very nice person. Thank you, Myles!

I spoke with a tax consultant Arya and he was extremely helpful, calm demeanor and exemplified knowledge of the program. I am looking forward to getting resolution to my tax issues!

My experience dealing with tax or debt relief personnel has not been great. They were just too eager and too pushy. Emily Bertuci at Alleviate changed my perspective. She humanized me and listened instead of selling. I have Hard time communicating with people. Emily made it easy to address my concerns and not one time did she try to sell me anything until i was ready. I appreciate her patience and more than anything, her understanding. Emily for president! If every customer service agent were like her no one would have a stressful day at work. Facts!

ok first of all they say they can cut down what you owe...thats not true ... huge lie AFTER they charge you over 4K just to take your case. This is a total scam!! not only do i STILL owe the taxes i can't afford to pay but now i owe THEM 4K just to tell me i still owe the same amount and to do it in installments. BUT they SAVED me 249.00 in penalties..BIG DEAL! Thanks Alleviate you suck!
