As this was the same day your review was posted, it’s possible that our communication may have been missed or landed in your junk/spam folder.

We also note your concerns regarding communication, and for that we sincerely apologise. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.

The test results have now been shared more than once, so we would really appreciate it if you could check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for your results.
