A Great Choice

Recommended by my Pulmonologist. Wife raises exotic birds. I have extreme allergies to them and placing one Austin machine in the "bird room" and one in the living area of our house has cleaned the air to the point that I no longer need supplemental oxygen in the house.

FROZEN

THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT. ORDERED CLEANER AND WHEN I RECIEVED IT, IT WAS FROZEN. NOT THE COMPANYS FAULT JUST THE WRONG TIME OF THE YEAR TO SHIP THIS PRODUCT.

Perfect for a toddler with sever allergies!

My toddler has severe allergies to the point that it makes her hair fall out. We needed pillows for her bed that I could trust- these were perfect!! I've bought 3 so far and plan on buying more for the rest of the family! Thanks!!

Best pillow protectors on the market

I've bought pillow protectors from a few sources, and no one can compare to Allergy Control Products. They wash well, keep their shape and block allergens and last long.

Great Customer service!

Received the order in a timely manner. One bottle leaked. I called Allergy Control and spoke with a human (no recorded massages). Amy took care of the problem with no hesitation. Good people and company.

Lacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising

I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion.

When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.
