According to the witnesses, a family group had booked a tour from this guide, but their system failed to show it and customers already paid for it with confirmation email. Then manager show up and refused to refund for it even it’s their system failure. It later got intense from arguing, one of the family member started recording, in case anything happens, that’s the moment the manager robbed his phone, tried to delete the video, took it with him and left the shop, drove away , until customer called the police. customer service lady came back with the phone, only verbal warning to them, and manager got away with robbing customer’s phone.
