Allen going the extra
I made a choice of product online. Sometime after ordering, I realised I'd made an error in the detail of my choices. A phone call had them intercept the nearly-despatched package, and my account credited.
I re-ordered appropriately, the package arrived promptly, and I'm well satisfied not only with the product but also with the 'Yes we can' attitude to customer service.
