Allcosplay Arvostelua 42

I placed an order for a costume about 5 weeks ago. They have a Harry Potter Quidditch costume that looks good in the pictures, and they even claim that they are the only seller of the costume, which seems to be true from what I can tell. However, it has been 5 weeks since I ordered, which is well beyond the estimated shipping time, and I have not received anything beyond an order confirmation.

I have emailed them 3 times requesting an update, even emailing the other sites that the owner runs, and have received zero replies. I even tried calling their phone number listed on their website, but all I heard on the call was an automated voice message, and it was in Polish. So I have no idea what it said.

Technically, even though my order should've shown up within 18 business days, according to their shipping page, the maximum delivery time is 45 business days. It has been 32 days since I ordered, so I will update this review if it does show up eventually. However, the complete lack of communication is not a good sign.

UPDATE: I never received my order, so I filed a case with PayPal and fortunately got my money back.

Ordered a cosplay and was never sent an active tracking number and sent emails requesting updates and never received a response. They failed to meet their own shipping expected times and the cosplay had not been sent. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The product they delivered was great quality. However be aware that this is a dropship company. You can get the same thing much cheaper on the original shop. I only ever got a confirmation email and that's it, tracking came when it was about to be delivered, their communication is very sparse. Made me anxious, to be fair.

Was honestly not sure if someone of the site reviews are fake or not...but regardless their promise was fulfilled and I am happy with the costume.

So I basically just lost $60 on an item I didn't ask for because they refuse to process my refund. Basically a scam, would just recommend Amazon or AliExpress.

I ordered a women's costume shirt size 3X, what I got was a child's shirt large. I immediately requested the correct shirt or a refund. I was asked to send pictures, which I did, then "radio silence" on my refund or exchange. Since they don't have a phone number there is no way to track or get information, even when I emailed them for an update. The form email tells you to wait 2-5 working days and that this company works on European Time (?) and NOT weekends.

It should not be a hard thing to see in a photo that a costume shirt will not fit the person ordering it. Very disappointed.
