I also had a terrible experience with the company. I have been chasing the Roofer from since 2 April 2026 to replace chipped tiles as promised and to redo the terrible pointing of the ridge tiles. The Scaffolder employed by the roofer
barricaded my side entrance with scaffolding poles and refused to remove the other scaffoldings due to lack of payment by the Roofer.
I had a new roof by this company. Riley, the guy who quoted for the roof made a lot of promises but he did not keep. He promised an insurance backed warranty and an invoice after payment, but 3 werks later I am still waiting as he is still refusing to supply. The roofer also fitted a down pipe that wasn't there and the neighbour is complaining about but he is refusing to remove it. It is over 3 weeks now, I must have contacted them by phone and texing about 15 times and his answer is "don't worry I will come tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. The scaffolding in still in my premisers.
I also emailed the main office 5 days ago puting in a compmaint but I didn't even receive an aknowlagement.
Personally I would never use them again or recommend them to anybody. I guess my next step would be my solicitor.
Eventually 2 months later they came and moved the downpipe and provided the warranty papers after giving them 14 day notice before I conract my lawyer and after rhe partner intervene. Sorry but I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through
I requested a roof felt replacement. They only did part of the work and charged for the whole job. I paid before inspecting the work.
Now they will not return under their warranty to complete repairs and finish the job.
