What a company!!

I ordered a stunning bell sleeve top (very stevie knicks vibes ✌️) for my 40th festival birthday. Ordered on a bank holiday and I knew it wouldn’t arrive in time.

So I called the company and explained the situation and if possible could it be delivered to the cottage where I was staying that weekend…. And the top had arrived even before I did!!! So my big birthday bash was a sucess for me. Thank you. Will be ordering again 100% #itsthelittlethings 🩷

I am so so beyond pleased with my purchases from this shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the fabric. The shapes of the wrap top and dress I got are SO flattering. I haven’t been feeling my best lately and to put something on and feel immediately … pretty? was just really delightful and exactly what i needed. The items are well made and well designed. I’m able to wear them and express the fairy princess vibe I’m after while still feeling very put together and not at all like i’m wearing a costume- which is such an delicate balance! This clothing really is approachable and practical without sacrificing any of its whimsical charm. I have two more orders on the way and can’t wait to get them ❤️

I purchased a beautiful peacock skirt in turquoise which I absolutely love as I have another in dark green. I bought a Florence midi dress in purple, really love the fabric as I have a skirt which is the same pattern. Very happy!!

I shop regularly both online and at the brighton shop. I have some very beautiful silk skirts and dresses. Yes they are made from recycled sari so there is the occasional hard to see snag or mark but nothing major and imo to be expected and always pointed out on the description. Dom goes out of her way to ensure you are happy with your purchase and gives good friendly email response. I've only returned an item once, and there was no quibble.

Wow what can I say! Not only am I in possession of the most beautiful red wrap top but the customer service I received from the all about Audrey team was beyond outstanding! Dom was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I received the top i'd ordered in the correct size on time for an event. I also had a lovely and engaging email exchange too that made me feel valued as a customer. I work in customer service and can honestly say it's this type interaction that the bigger more corporate companies lack. I can't wait to order more!

Fabulous clothes and great customer service. I have purchased a number of items from AllAboutAudrey, all unique and with vibrant colours and have had many compliments while wearing them. Also recently when an item I ordered was not up to required quality the team contacted me quickly and arranged a full refund.

I just adore my dresses from All About Audrey; they're so comfortable, flattering and I get loads of compliments wearing them.
The Peacock Primrose dress is my favourite style and perfect for summer as it is light and airy without being seethrough! It's also great for those of us with larger busts.
It's always good to support small, independent businesses in a move away from fast fashion.

Since this shop seems to only react when customers leave a bad review, I'm gonna try again here.
I bought a top from this shop, arrived all good, only it stained some of my clothes in the washing machine. My bad, I shouldnt have put it with lighter colors, oh well. But when I left it to dry outside (because the instructions said specifically to leave it airdry), the sun discolored the part of the top that was facing it!
I dont want to be a Karen, I really don't, but now I have green stained clothes from a top that costed me near 75€ in total with the taxes that I can't even wear because it's not an even color. Maybe it's just a problem with the dye used for the top, who knows.
I contacted the shop a week ago by mail once, twice, no reply so I wrote a instagram message and they left me on view.
Of course I understand I'm not the only customer they have to deal with but I feel stuck not being able to have a reply from them.
So yeah, otherwise it's a nice top, would be nicer if I was able to wear it though.

This company is totally brillant i bought a dress & it got taken from outside my house , This fantastic company not only sent me a replacement but was absolutey lovely with my daughter sent with different courier service special delivery first class service Thank you so so much xxxxx
