Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, however we feel it’s important to clarify a few points. The jacket was purchased in September 2025 and was not brought to our attention until this review was posted. Unfortunately, this meant we were not given the opportunity to inspect the item or resolve any concerns before a 1-star rating was left.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly should any issue arise, as we are more than willing to assess items and offer a solution where appropriate.
We remain committed to fair and reasonable resolutions and are happy to assist if you wish to get in touch.

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. We're really sorry to hear that the box arrived damaged – that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
While the trainers themselves should be unaffected, we completely understand how disappointing it can be to receive an item in less-than-perfect condition, especially if it’s intended as a gift.
We’d love the chance to make this right. Please reach out to our customer service team and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Thanks again for your feedback – it helps us improve.
