We live in the UK and sent a "Champagne and Strawberries" gift hamper to our son's partner in Perth. We have used "A Little Luxury" a few times now and they gifts they send have never disappointed. Even with short (no) notice, the item was embroidered with a monogram as I requested, it was delivered the next day, exactly when and where they said it would be.
