The customer service is very professional. This was my first time purchasing from this company and for the first time EVER I received a wig that was pre plucked, and had PROPERLY pre bleached knots. I literally only had to install the wig. ZEROOOO knots are shown and they didn’t over bleach them. I use no makeup on my lace and everyone thinks this is my natural hair. Best purchase EVER

Si you guys , Alipearl is definitely the BEST wig company . They have a very good costumer service and they respond really fast , very helpful and very concerned about the client satisfaction.
I’ve asked for a personal customization for my wig and everything has been done professionally. The wig is perfect , very full ( mine was 250%density ) and no smell, pre-plucked and with very soft hair . I 10000% recommand.

Great ! I asked for the wig to be customised to a large wig cap and this was done free of charge. I was able to communicate with them easily. Quick delivery to the UK. Less than a week. Hair quality is 10/10. I must say that I am very happy.
