The one-on-one customized tour with Al Haram Travel was a great 5-star experience. The fast transport and quick responses to all my questions made everything effortless. The hotel's location was ideal, making commuting simple. Even though I was traveling alone for my first time, they made navigating the trip stress-free and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The company arrangements was good.

The company arrangements was good, they provide all the documents on time, they are in touch with the person doing umrah and they make sure to provide everything a person need..
There are few things which could be improve like the first hotel arrangements at madina was very bad. It would be great if the company included breakfast in the package.

It was a good experience

It was a good experience. Flight and hotels were very clean and close to Haram. Transportation was alright except that the AC was very low due to. Hot weather.

Umrah trip

When I arrived at the airport, my driver did not contact me for pick up. I contacted the driver and I had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive. My stay at Makkah was exceptional. The service at Movenpick hotel was great. The breakfast had lots of variety there. The only downside was I was told I would get 5 beds in the hotel, but I was provided 4 beds for 5 people.Overall I enjoyed my stay at Makkah. My transportation from Makkah to Medina did not go smoothly. I called the driver, he said he is coming in 5 minutes, I waited 30 minutes for him to arrive. In Medina, we got sick, we had upset stomach. We stayed at Odest Hotel. When we arrived in the room, all 5 beds had little pieces of hair. I complained to the manager, they changed the bed sheets shortly. Other than that my stay in Medina went well. Huraira did a good job finding me the best rates for my trip for Umrah. He called me to follow up on my trip. So that was nice of him. I give this trip 4 out of 5 because of some few issues that I experienced.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for your airport pickup and later for your transfer from Makkah to Medina. We also regret the confusion regarding the bedding arrangement in Makkah and the housekeeping issue you encountered upon arrival at your hotel in Medina. These are certainly not the standards we aim to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our transportation and accommodation partners to help prevent similar situations in the future.
