Not delivered
Not delivered. Waited for three days and DPD did not turn up. Eventually their web site said goods were perishable and would not be delivered. Dreadful service. UPDATE: Patrick, the owner of Alfred Enderby called me and was very apologetic, even though it was not their fault, but the inefficiency of DPD. Promised a new supply at a time that works for me. They have truly gone the extra several miles. Very caring people.

I am so sorry Mr Slape, that is unforgiveable and this level of service normally simple does not happen! I will call you this morning and discuss a remedy.
It seems the DPD system tells us it was delivered on the 5th at 13.47, then the DPD system tells us that the parcel was disposed of on the 7th and we have not seen this message. Normally we wouldn't investigate a parcel if it tells us it has been delivered. But if it is disposed of then DPD should tell us and they have not. We would have replaced the parcel at no cost obviously. I am sorry but we are at the whim of DPD who do fail from time to time and it is us who then suffer reputational damage.
