Ich habe knapp 300€ einbezahlt vor fast einer Woche -seither keine Info oder Reaktion bekommen !

I have bad experience with this platform because I have started trade through Alfamonky and they direct ed to the trader called iI but now the trader has closed his platform then I have reported to Alfamonky support team and they have given to me my deposit amount but till now I can’t get the profit amount . Also I have tried to withdrawal but the amount not released so guys please having relationship with Alfamonky other. but without trade. Make trade with your self but not with this platform .i have lost my time and money care

UN PEQUEÑO AJUSTE EN EL DISEÑO DEL BOTÓN EN LA VERSIÓN MÓVIL LO HARÍA PERFECTO. LA CAPACIDAD DE RESPUESTA ES IMPECABLE, SIN NINGÚN PROBLEMA.

Mit über vier Jahren Erfahrung in der Branche kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass diese Plattform ausgezeichnete Charts, attraktive Zinssätze und relativ niedrige Provisionen bietet. Dennoch hat meine Erfahrung gezeigt, dass in diesem Bereich immer Risiken bestehen. Obwohl ich bisher keine Probleme hatte, ist es wichtig zu beachten, dass andere Plattformen verfeinerte Designs bieten (d.h. verbesserte Platzierung der Schaltflächen und eine intuitivere Benutzeroberfläche).

the website is great if you're on a desktop, but can you please make it work directly on a phone browser too ??!!! it’s 2024 !!!!!

I encountered a frustrating situation with one of my devices during login - it wouldn't let me in until I verified the login on my main device...

finally my first withdrawal has arrived and I can confidently say that everything is fine

thank you for the exceptional assistance with my problem. very clear and polite (despite the fact that i have only recently started to understand investing and do not quite understand some of the terminology)

Most of the transaction went smoothly. There were a few bumps, but we sorted them out. I'm happy enough to keep working with them. ;) I'd give it 5 stars, but I want to see how things go from here.

The platform is pretty similar to others, with comparable fees........ but it stands out with great customer service in an otherwise shady industry.

3 months of experience. Still no issues

must admit that I had reason to worry because my withdrawal was delayed !
fortunately today I received it in full !

I love the variety of trading tools and indicators provided and I particularly find the charting features intuitive and beneficial for monitoring the markets. I would give my experience a four-star rating. Certain moments could be enhanced (like the execution speed during busy trading periods). This is not negative. It is constructive feedback for further improvements ❤️❤️❤️

A commendable broker overall but there are areas for enhancement:

1. The web client fails to display the complete trading history since account creation when opening a stock, showing only the history for a year.

2. Sometimes occasional server errors are experienced in the desktop version although other clients operate smoothly.

3. There's a desire for the stabilization of the regular investment function, linked to the second point.

Despite these considerations, the platform boasts one of the most pleasing designs I've encountered. The technical support is reliable so I safely recommend it.

in my opinion they have one of the most convenient methods to monitor my buy/sell option. not technically great, but visually it looks very nice. all you need to do is work on the technical aspects and then it will be unbeatable in the platform market.

User experience is highly user-friendly, although there is an opportunity to simplify the terminology for beginners. A bit more patience especially with newcomers, could significantly enhance the overall experience, acknowledging that this observation may not universally apply within the company. Some impatience has been noted in the customer support team, with some members being difficult to understand. As a result, I have transferred several accounts to alternative platforms, keeping only a small balance here. However, a recent conversation with one of your staff members pleasantly surprised me, thanks to their helpful and courteous attitude. This positive change is leading me to reconsider transferring a substantial amount. Unfortunately, there have been losses of several pounds due to the impatience of certain staff members. It often seemed that individuals with technical knowledge struggled with patience when assisting less experienced users. So why am I providing this feedback now? Well, the recent interaction with one of your staff members left me with a genuinely positive impression. Although I'm not a professional, I have observed cases where not all employees have acted professionally. Their primary role should be to support me as a customer, helping me thrive on this platform. It's bewildering that some employees who don't treat customers with respect can't understand why customers might choose to leave. There is much I appreciate about the platform, but I hope genuine changes have been implemented. I will be closely monitoring this situation.

I have given a preemptive 5-star rating for the quality of the platform and its easy-to-use interface. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope there is room for improving your service for beginners.
