Great group, they really push you to do your best. The app is seamless and correspondence is effortless. The training and meal plans make sense and the weekly check-ins are great!

This is the best program i have joined. Im usually very skeptical about spending money on things because they usually dont work but this program has done wonders for me. Im out for about a month or so due to surgery but i cannot wait to get back and restart my journey. If you have doubts dont have them about this program its fantastic

Alex and his team have been instrumental in helping me make healthier choices. Not only do I feel better about my weight, I can see my progress in how my clothes fit better! I love the online app approach that lets me track my progress over time. Seeing the downward trend line for my weight gives me confidence in my progress and a place to see that my efforts are paying off. The personalized meal plan and workout plan followed my preferences almost to a T, and I’ve been able to navigate any requested changes easily with my coach where adjustments are needed. Shout out to coach Jared for being supportive, warm, and professional every step of the way!

The price may be a turn off to some people, but for me it’s been worth it. Previously, I was paying $50 a session for 30 minutes with a trainer a few times a week. While I felt like the activity was helpful, I wasn’t seeing progress. The cost of just five sessions a month was comparable to the cost of 4 months of training with Alex and his team. Once I did the math, it was easy for me to justify the switch. I’m now down almost 20lbs and happily continuing in the program to meet my goal with coach Jared’s support.

Looking ahead, it’s my understanding that I’ll be provided with mentorship towards the end of my next contract with Alex to continue making healthy choices after the program ends. It’s so easy to yo-yo after a diet, and I haven’t encountered any other programs that think long term to help you avoid this. Probably because diet companies profit when you come back! But knowing that Alex and his team will help me transition from the program to a life-long system for sustainable, healthy choices makes me feel that much more confident in my decision to work with them. My experience with Alex Tilinca Coaching has been nothing but positive. I had been wanting to become more active but didn't know anything about working out or what things to eat to get results. I can confidently say that my knowledge in both those areas have increased tremendously. The app for the coaching program is really accessible and helps you track steps, nutrition, goals, workout plans, and your weekly check ins.

I've personally been working with Coach Elliot for almost 2 months now. He's a super cool and friendly dude with a lot of experience and I highly recommend working with him. My buddy is doing the Summer Shred program currently with Liam Lazore, who I've heard positive things about as well.

There is a lot of information to absorb the first couple of days/week of starting the program, but the guidelines about the cancellation policy were/are laid out very clearly in the contract before you sign or even send the first initial payment. It is a commitment like anything else, so make sure you read before signing.

I've been coaching with Tilinca for 6 weeks now, and my experience with the team has been thoroughly enjoyable. Despite having worked out for about 16 years, I've never previously considered working with a coach or seeking guidance, given my background in the fitness industry. That changed when I met Alex; I realized the importance of having someone to guide me through a proper cutting phase.

Deciding to set aside my fitness knowledge and ego, I chose to be coached by Alex and the team. He has been accommodating to my lifestyle, offering education-based coaching, which excites me. Under his guidance, I've seen physical improvements within just 6 weeks, maintaining my weight while increasing my strength. Following the discovery of my maintenance phase, Alex has planned for us to move into a cutting phase.
