Be very careful before doing business with Aletto.
One of the reasons we decided to work with them was their money-back guarantee. Based on our experience, don't assume that means you will actually get your money back if the program doesn't work.
When we requested the refund, we were told we didn't qualify because they claimed we didn't call the leads fast enough. We strongly disagree. Our team called the leads quickly, made multiple attempts, and had weekly calls with their team throughout the program discussing the leads and our activity.
It felt to us like there was always going to be a reason why the guarantee didn't apply.
The program did not produce the results we expected, and instead of standing behind what we understood to be their guarantee, the conversation became confrontational and included personal attacks on our sales team.
We also experienced behavior during business calls that I considered extremely unprofessional, including calls being conducted from a beach while drinking and smoking.
I've been in business for 30 years and have worked with a lot of vendors. This was one of the most disappointing vendor experiences I've had.
My advice: be very careful with the "money-back guarantee." Before signing anything, get the exact requirements for receiving a refund in writing and understand every condition they can use to deny it. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Aletto.
