Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Ordered prescribed glasses with sun clips. It took them much longer to send it than they are saying in their website. Then I received glasses faulty, completely out of shape so I sent it back. But they lost it and I had to wait another month(as per their rules) before I could claim my money back. All of that took over two monts. Summer is nearly over and im here with no sunglasses. At least I just finaly got my money back.

We sincerely apologize for the entire chain of errors you had to go through – from the delayed dispatch of the glasses with the sun clip, through the delivery of a deformed frame, to the complications with return transport and lengthy processing. We are very sorry that, due to these delays, you spent more than two months of the summer without glasses. Although the processes and timelines for searching for a lost shipment are set up as you describe, we understand that from a customer's perspective, waiting a month for a refund was disproportionately long and exhausting. As soon as the lost shipment arrived at our facility, we assessed the claim as justified and, upon agreement with you, issued a refund order, which has already been confirmed and finalized. We realize that simply issuing a refund will not make up for your ruined experience or the missing sunglasses during the season, and we apologize to you once again.

Flawless from start to finish
Flawless from start to finish. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that I'd had my eye on for a while. Ordered on the Saturday evening, I received them on the Tuesday. Well packaged and they look fab! I've actually sent the website onto a few friends, I'll definitely be using them again.

Phone numbers not working... Not responding to messages, No explanation
Phone numbers not working, Not responding to emails / messages ... no answer Friday afternoon... closed Sat & Sun ( fair enough) Closed again on Monday 06.07.2026 for a Czech Bank holiday... Which is fine, just zero notification of it on Ireland facing website, UK or any other variant I tried ... so it's now day 5 of being unable to contact them re an issue I have for an order... It's slightly taking the P*** .... Definitely not using them again
