I gave one star because zero stars is not an option. I ordered my product 17 days ago for a trip that I am currently boarding a flight for. The product still has not arrived. I have sent 3 emails to "customer support" and have still received zero responses. The tracking info shows that the product comes from mainland China and there are 2 perceptions that come to mind for garments made in China: the well known labor practices and the poor quality. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! You were warned.

UGH! How stupid of me to NOT DO RESEARCH before ordering from Alden York (whoever/whatever that name means).
Google map explains it all that I've been scammed and I have nicely sent 4+ emails (say's they will be in touch within 24 hours NOPE) and YOU CAN NOT LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE.
I just want to return what I thought was hippy blue jeans. Very cheap material, small size swallowed me. SO SO CHEAP LOOKING! DO NOT EVEN THINK TO PURCHASE FROM THIS PERSON!

Horrible quality and even worse customer support! They do not respond to the emails that they say on the website to email them to start a return. Half of my order was not delivered at all even though they claim on the website it was shipped . I am very disappointe and frutrated! The quality is horrible, cheap! Do NOT Buy anything from this brand

My orders arrived but I needed to return them. Their policy is that you must contact them before returning. I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent. Not a single reply!!! They specify a 30 day window.....which now has long gone. Please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! A lesson learnt. If you spot a company based in the States then avoid like the plague.........

Size of items order significantly smaller (order XL, actual size much smaller). Tried to request exchange for larger size through normal return process and no one responded! Called customer support number associated with company (Alden York) got voice message indicating that no one available at that number and to leave a voice mail at the beep! So much for customer support. Won't be purchasing anything else from this company - BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a leather belted jacket after browsing their Savona collection and honestly the quality caught me off guard. Leather feels substantial, not that stiff coated stuff some sites pass off as genuine. Fit runs true to the size chart, no need to size up or down. Stitching around the belt loops and pockets looks clean, nothing unraveling already. Checkout was simple with no weird upsells sneaking into the cart. Shipping tracked properly and everything arrived folded neatly in the box. Happy with how this turned out

Wasn't expecting much from a smaller boutique but the jacket's stitching is solid and it's true to size. Already thinking about a second piece for autumn

I ordered some shoes from this company without really knowing anything about them. The worst decision of my life. They never shipped the shoes and put in a tracking number that I could never get any information on. Even after contacting customer services the issue still has not been resolved. I am currently trying to get my money back. Do not, do you hear me, do not order from this company.

No one has contacted me back in 4 days for an exchange due to an incorrect size. No one is answering the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them.

Around month ago I ordered men's size 7 shoes but what I received was men's size 8.5. I have been waiting and e-mailing them 4 weeks. They're scamming costumers.

They sent the wrong shirt and will not respond for an exchange. Trust? Don't bother

I am SO TIRED of companies acting like they have an easy return/refund policy only for it to be the EXACT OPPOSITE. I'm starting to think that they do it to scam customers.

That said, there is NO REASON for ANY COMPANY to receive multiple emails about an exchange or refund without them goving the courtesy of a reply. At the very least, it's extremely unprofessional. Now I'm sure that even if they do respond, they will claim that I am outside of my return window...as if my emails don't have timestamps. SMDH.

If there is an upside, although their items run small, the quality is pretty good. Still, what's the point if you can't use what you bought? Yeah...I'm low-key disgusted.

I ordered two pairs of pants that were listed on the website as cotton-blend jeans. What I received looked nothing like the photo and the tag said they were a polyester spandex blend. They look like a cheap halloween costume. When I contacted customer service to return them I was given the option to keep the pants and receive a 20% refund or exchange them for store credit. They would not give me a full refund in exchange for returning them.

I ordered a cashmere sweater on sake 1/2 price in a style I was looking for. When I didn’t get my order I connected the only way they have email. They sent me to shipping info. My sweater was coming from China even though the site has a NJ address.
I write about how unhappy and tricked I felt. No response.
Sweater came cashmere right. No some thick badly cute heavy sweater with a tag stating it was 90%polyester and 10%spandex not a whiff of cashmere. Not return tag included so again I emailed and wanted to return this totally ridiculous sham of a sweater.
They got back saying they would refund me 20% keep the sweater I may like to gift it.
Or and exchange as if I trusted anything they’re site says.
I declined either choice
They got back to me with 30% refund and heel seater or mail back to England
I took the natter to my CC company

Ordered large two silk shirts and a pair of boots size 10. The boots were ok but the "silk" shirts were cheap polyester prints and they sent me XXL sizes!!! The return policy to the UK was more expensive than the shirts, so I ended up throwing them away and taking a 20% refund. A rip-off company if there ever was one.

The shoes were advertised as genuine leather, but they are not—they are made of plastic. They also do not look like the pictures shown on your website. In addition, the company gives the impression that it is based in New York, but the shoes are actually shipped from China, requiring customers to wait weeks for delivery. To make matters worse, customers are then expected to pay for return shipping despite the product being falsely advertised. This is misleading and feels like a scam.

Can’t do 0 stars so I did 1. Scam. Size 12 came in as clearly a size 9. Will only refund 10% of purchase plus I have to pay $30 refund shipping leaving me with $8 out of the original $80 I spent. Beware! Reporting to BBB, Alden York already has a track record with them.

The WORST company ever. Terrible merchandise and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all.
Run! Do not buy anything from this shoddy place.
