Get as far away from this company as possible!! Look into a different company. If you have an expendable amount of funds to spend, you can afford to take the gamble. I ordered a machine, it was sent broken, damaged and missing pieces. After looking at it further, it was used! I ordered a “new” machine. After trying to call, you get an answering service where you leave a message. You never receive a call in return. I sent emails and submitted a warranty claim. Your responses come at 2. am. All of which are candid responses. Worst experience ever. Try to find an American company if you can.

Works great makes delicious waffle dogs in minutes, only feedback would be maybe the timer, it’s a bit of a learning curve figuring out how long the hot dogs need to cook, but other than that it is exactly what we were looking for!

I purchased a chocolate machine melter and it works great. I got the chocolate melter that had the three containers so I could melt several different types of chocolate at any given time. This machine held the temperature great at the perfect temperature at all times. My chocolates were tempered perfectly using this machine.

The worse purchase I’ve ever made.
They are a scam, they don’t want to give me my refund.
I bought a panini grill with two sides from their website to be shipped to Canada at 812$. They said free shipping but at my surprise I got 233$ from FedEx to pay this shipping.
I had the hundle broken and they offered 10% discount to keep it (66$). I was in an urgent need for my work, so I accepted.
When I tried it I couldn’t use both sides simultaneously. The electricity dropped in each time. I tried it at my house and at my work it was the same issue.
Since I was in my warranty period (90 days they mention) I sent them an email explaining the problem and they accepted my return.
I paid the return at more than 200$ by myself because they said they can’t provide a return label from Canada to the US.
After they received it they said the machine was used they can’t give me my total refund!!!
I explained that I didn’t use it, I only tried it but still the same response. When I asked how much refund I will get and when, they skip the question and don’t answer me. More than one month and I’m still waiting. No solution found and no refund. I’m stuck with different bills, I called them many times they just took a msg but no one calls back. More than 1200$ spent and no one cares.
I definitely don’t recommend

I ordered a donut machine and it didn’t not work properly. So I sent part of machine to the company and haven’t received any updates. Called and left messages. No returned calls. I have sent multiple emails and all I get back are computer generated responses that have zero information about my machine.

I bought juicer but they sent damaged, missing parts, non functional
Piece. After multiple emails no one is taking action. Big scammers!! Waste of time and money.

SCAMMED OUT OF £1600!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered with these guys. I am absolutely disgusted by their customer service and professionalism. They have absolutely zero accountability. I have proof of ongoing emails and every order I made. They kept making excuses for everything and wouldn’t agree to my refund or compensation. Natalie is who I was dealing with via back and fourth emails. SCAM. The reason I ordered more than one occasion is because each time they promised that they no longer do business the old way and machinery has been upgraded to the best. All lies.
