Ik had al eerder contact gehad met Alcanside en toen werd ik ook al super goed geholpen. Altijd snelle reacties en echt top service.
Laatst had ik weer een hoesje besteld en daar was ik heel tevreden over. Helaas ben ik kort daarna aangereden en is mijn telefoon kapot gegaan, waardoor ik een nieuwe moest kopen en het hoesje dus niet meer kon gebruiken (na nog geen week).
Ik heb opnieuw contact opgenomen en ook dit keer werd er direct meegedacht. Uiteindelijk gaan ze zelfs een nieuw hoesje opsturen, wat ik echt niet had verwacht.
Echt super netjes en klantvriendelijk. Je merkt dat ze hun klanten serieus nemen en graag helpen.
Zeker een aanrader als je een goed hoesje zoekt én waarde hecht aan service!

Hoesje wordt snel lelijk.
In eerste instantie duurde de levering heel erg lang. Steeds 2 weken uitstel omdat er geen voorraad was. Uiteindelijk toch de hoes ontvangen en het hoesje is supermooi, maar dit is van korte duur. Ik heb deze nu een paar maanden maar randen worden kaal. Erg jammer voor een hoesje dat zo duur is.

Goede producten!
Goede ervaring met Alcanside. Ik heb al meerdere hoesjes van hen gehad en ben altijd tevreden geweest over het design en de pasvorm.
Bij mijn laatste hoesje ontstond er na een paar maanden wat slijtage, maar dit is netjes en snel opgelost door hun klantenservice. Ze reageren snel en denken goed mee.
