I haven’t received my orde

I haven’t received my order, I have followed up with emails and not received a reply. I really like the clothes and wanted to support them before they closed but now I wonder whether they have already closed. I’ll have to chase up with my credit card provider it appears :(

I purchased some items from Alba on…

I purchased some items from Alba on November they didn’t deliver my stuff and when I asked for refund they put 10 pounds less than what I paid to their account. Their customer service is awful. If you want to have a smooth purchase experience then avoid Alba .

We love the clothing, we loved the brand for 10 years, but the communication could have been better ♥️

I ordered a few items on 18th November…

I ordered a few items on 18th November and have not received anything yet. Few times I contacted them by email to check the progress on my order but they didn’t respond.
I don’t recommend Alba. They took my money and didn’t send anything.

I love the clothes

I love the clothes. It's good quality. A little bit pitty that the dress I ordered for my daughter was out of stock en couldn't be delivered. Sorry, I don't speak danish.

mooie kleding maar veel problemen er om heen.

Kortingscodes die niet werken, op mail wordt niet gereageerd en dan ook nog een broek in de verkeerde maat geleverd krijgen. Tevens worden artikelen in een bestelling geannuleerd terwijl ze in dezelfde maat nog op de website staan. Waardeloos.

topmerkje !

snelle en prima verzending.
Een 3-pack broekkousen besteld, maar 1 van de 3 zat er niet bij (waarschijnlijk uitverkocht), maar ik kreeg er 2 andere broekkousen voor de broekkous die ontbrak. Dankjewel Majken.
Mooie kledij. De Albalady jas is heel mooi, echt mijn ding. De maat is ietsje aan de kleine kant, de mouwen zijn wat aan de smalle kant, maar dit houdt me niet tegen om de jas toch te dragen.
Spijtig dat het merkje stopt, maar ik heb hier een mooi voorraad voor mijn dochter :-)

Jeg kan dessverre ikke anbefale Alba of…

Jeg kan dessverre ikke anbefale Alba of Denmark. De har verdens fineste barneklær, men er helt utrolig dårlig kundeservice. Det er nå over en måned siden jeg bestilte og betalte for varer hos dem, men jeg har fremdeles ikke mottatt varene eller noen forklaring på hvor de er eller hva som har skjedd. Dette til tross for gjentatte henvendelser. Det er utrolig mye aktivitet med promotering av salg og varer både på deres Facebookside og Instagramkonto, men de svarer altså ikke på kundehenvendelser. Dette har vært en stor skuffelse.
