Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying from this garage.
The first car I bought had multiple problems including engine sign. I had to take to their garage twice, and the garage even collected it once, yet the issues were still not resolved. I requested a refund within the allowed period, but despite accepting the car back, they refused to refund the full amount and tried to charge me for mileage, administration fee & — even though they were the ones who asked me to drive the car a long distance to test it.
I then bought another car from them to avoid losing even more money. Unfortunately, that car also had problems. I returned to the garage, they replaced parts, but the problem remained. I eventually had to take it to a private garage and pay even more money to fix it myself.
The seller is very good at talking and making promises, but my experience is that his words cannot be trusted.
Two cars, repeated problems, wasted time, extra costs and a lot of frustration. I would NOT recommend this garage. Just by buying car from them & changing insurance, paying Dart charge cost me about £1850. With which money I could have a better car. Very very bad experience & would not recommend anyone to buy from them. They are neither Machanic nor sourcing these cars in a trusted way.
