Popped in to collect some packaging materials for our office move and Katey on the reception desk was incredibly helpful! Boxes and packing tape were of high quality and would happily get more from them!

The men worked over and above. Do think there should have been more help for them as they were not allowed to use the lift and had to bring everything up 2 flights of stairs

Helpful staff, quote was detailed and well laid out. Removal men were prompt and worked hard. It was a long day and they were polite and pleasant all day long.
We were very pleased with how our move was managed.

Very professional; managed to fit me in within 3 working days of my booking confirmation; very efficient; protected the surfaces; didn't damage anything. My only complaint was that I was told to expect them to arrive between 8am and 9am, but they didn't arrive until 9.20am. Bar that everything was perfect.

We used your removal service on Friday 29/5/26 and I would like to pass on some recognition to your staff, from Start to finish, with late exchanging stress and booking, everyone I have spoken to has been amazing, so helpful and made me stop worrying! The men on Friday, well I just can’t begin to say how hard they work, so efficient, no stress, polite, funny, professional and so nice to see them all in a nice clean uniform looking smart and professional, they are a credit to your company and I will be recommending them to all!!

Prompt, friendly and efficient removal men. Nothing was too much trouble.

We used AlanCook 6 years ago when we moved into previous home, and they were first choice this time. I did get a quote from another company which was actually higher so given previous experience with them it was an easy decision. They arrived early and started taking beds apart. Two and a bit hours later they had expertly packed our belongings in their vehicles. After a frustrating wait to get the keys they unloaded at the other end with great care, following instructions. I cannot recommend them highly enough: professional, expertly done and thoroughly nice guys!

What a great company to deal with, from start to finish. Very professional, did what they said they would do. The surveyor came to the house and was really professional and put our minds at ease. The Truck and vans turned up on time, well maintained, clean and tidy. Thank Matt D, Connor, Craig and Luke for making a very stressful time feel worry free!

Where to start..... Absolutely brilliant. They packed everything we owned on the Thursday, loaded it on to immaculate trucks on the Friday At the new house they put everything in the correct rooms and built all furniture that needed it. I have never had such a pain and trouble free move and I've had many moves. I would highly recommend them. The lads were so helpful careful but quick. Nothing damaged not even the many plants that I took. Thank you so much for all the hard work lads. I don't know why anyone would use anyone else. Definitely 5 star

Very Impressed with with this company, from the initial visit to our house move they were very professional, we were kept up to date throughout,
Moving day they turn up on time and the 3 guys were fantastic, very friendly and informative, they worked hard and the house was empty by 11:30, and away they went to our new property.
Once there they did it all again and would highly recommended Britannia Removals to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Very efficient, great crew, loaded and unloaded in under six hours including an hours wait for completion.

Loading service was not too bad although we specifically requested that the large garden pots were taken and the smaller ones left, they still managed to leave several large pots behind which we then struggled to move ourselves. Unfortunately unpacking was a different issue. Another two people arrived to help unpack making six in total. All boxes were clearly marked with the content so it should have been apparent which room they were intended for. However half the kitchen equipment ended up in a bedroom. They were quite clearly in a huge hurry to get away and things were just dumped all over the place making access to some rooms and the garage totally impossible. We had boxes labelled extremely fragile having furniture dumped on top of them. It took my husband three days to clear the garage to enable us to access the freezer. They had dumped the book cases in front of the books, so we had to completely empty the study to enable us to place the bookcases against the walls. Even when given specific instructions on where things should go, they struggled to tell the difference between a bay window in the main bedroom and the small study. Several plants were very badly damaged. My husband emsiled the company to voice our dissatisfaction with the service given but we have not even recieved the courtesy of a reply. We used this company again as we had had a very successful move with them previously but I would neither use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Also they charge us twice as much on this occasion as they had done 3 1/2 years ago despite having much less furniture on this occasion.

The Britannia team were superb right from first contact with them through to the moving day itself. The office staff were so helpful and advised on all aspects of the move. On the day Graham and the team who moved us were excellent. It was a really hot day but they still moved us efficiently with a cheerful and friendly manner at all times. They were professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble, they even removed some castors from a wardrobe for us. I could not recommend Britannia more highly they are superb.

The two staff loading the vehicle were helpful, polite, efficient. They always asked if they were unsure about what to load or not.

The service from arranging a quote to supplying the boxes and finally moving house planned for 3 days duration and 2 lorries was absolutely superb.
Chris H and Jamie e were super efficient at carrying the many boxes and much furniture on Day 1. They were running up the stairs and never flagged. They were such polite and pleasant people with nothing too trouble for them. Ollie joined the team on Day 2. Again super efficient and speedy then drove about 100miles to our new home where there were a few challenges fitting furniture in. They cracked on for many hours not finishing until the evening so they could have a break the following day. We were so pleased with all their work and could not fault them in any way.
