Great experience overall. Delivery was lightning fast and reasonably priced, and online materials were available immediately even while I waited for the delivery of physical products. On November 30, I
ordered Craig Pettys Purse frame project, order #146273. It was supposed to be instant download, yet it's nowhere and I've not received any notification. Not a happy camper at the moment.

I discovered Alakazam Magic in October and have already placed three orders. The items they carry and create are top-notch. The videos that you receive with your items are so thorough. After placing a couple of my orders, I received a call from Harry to say "Thanks!" and had a lovely chat. I also received a call from Chris at the US Location the other day. I've received prompt responses to any questions from Chris (on Chat) and Andrew (in email). BTW, if you haven't joined UNLIMITED yet you are missing out. It's unbelievable how much magic is available for such a small monthly fee! What a great crew!! I'm so proud to be a part of the AlakaFam! BRAVO

No compres aqui si compras desde Europa. Ojo porque cuando llega a la frontera te pueden cobrar aranceles y ellos NO SE HACEN CARGO!!! A mi por un juego que valía 30€ me han cobrado casi 10€. Venden en toda Europa pero les da igual los aranceles. Esta es su respuesta: "Desafortunadamente, no tenemos control sobre las aduanas de cada país. Sin embargo, obtuviste un 20% de descuento ya que no pagas el IVA del Reino Unido."
Yo les digo: " si no tienen control, pues no vendan aqui y limitense a vender en su pais."

Brilliant service from Alakazam as usual Placed my order at 3.30pm on Friday and it arrived at my home 1pm the following day. Less than 24 hours, very impressive.

The company does a great job. The magic download I purchased is virtually unusable. The best angle for the spectator to watch the magic from is over my shoulder, unfortunately I am 6’3” so finding a crowd or persons tall enough to see what I am doing is close to impossible. Although I would not recommend the magic I purchased, I would recommend Alakazam Magic as they do a very professional service.

Alakazam & ChrisJ in the US Rocks! ....I made a mistake on timing of a trick I needed for a show I have coming up faster than I remembered and Chris fixed it for me and went several steps beyond that....the entire Alakazam Team and Chris have been amazing and go above and beyond in each of the 4+ years I have been ordering from them.
