Your order was received on Sunday, which was only 4 business days ago to date (7th + 10th April are bank holidays). We are still within our regular production times stated.
With regards to your note about leaving a review, the trustpilot is an integrated feature of the shopify platform, we have zero control as to when they may contact customers to leave a review.
Its a shame you felt you needed to leave us a bad star review before contacting us as we would have been more than happy to explain this to you.

I was so happy to find a moissanite with a titanium band. Wasn't sure if I would like a jubilee cut.
It is very mysterios. Rose cut top gives a white light. In a bright light you see the fire of the brilliant cut underneath. They were good at responding to questions. Make sure you have a sign on door to deliver if no answer. Most importantly the moissanite is real with no gimmicks.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
I purchased a ring which was delivered in June 2022. It looked amazing, great quality and I loved it but after only a few months of wearing all the stones have come lose and have gaps in between. I have messaged the seller 3 times but no answer. I guess he's made his sale and has just 5 star review on Etsy (which I cannot change) so no longer cares!
I recommend extreme caution buying from this guy!!

We did reply to your initial message, we explained that there needs to be a tiny amount of space in total across all stones, about 0.5mm in total which is normal for this type of ring. We also mentioned that it is likely just the case that you need to clean your ring, since dirt will build up in between the stone making it appear that there are gaps when there are not. We highly recommend you clean your ring.
