DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was really disappointed with the purchase. The thobe didn’t meet my expectations at all the quality was far below what the price suggests. The fabric and overall finish felt cheap and definitely not worth what I paid. On top of that even though I already paid for shipping at checkout I was still charged additional DHL fees when the item entered the U.S which was never clearly mentioned. For the price I expected a well made high quality item, but this was nowhere near that don’t be fooled by the positive reviews it’s not worth the money!

The DHL charges you mentioned are import duties or customs fees applied by U.S. customs when a package enters the country.

This is clearly mentioned in our shipping policy before purchase, as these charges are determined by the destination country and collected by DHL. Unfortunately, they are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Regarding the thobe itself, this design has been one of our best-selling pieces and has received consistently positive feedback from many customers, which is why it is currently almost sold out.

Our thobes are handmade and we take the quality, materials, and finishing of each piece very seriously.

We’re sorry to hear that it did not meet your personal expectations, but we still appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Excellent service

We don’t usually leave reviews, but we felt we had to this time. My husband ordered two thobes, one for himself and one for his brother, just before Eid. We were a bit worried since we left it quite last minute and weren’t sure if they’d arrive in time. The dispatch was incredibly fast, and we actually received them the day before Eid.

Communication was really smooth throughout. We were a little unsure about the material choice at first, but they guided us based on their experience, which made the decision so much easier. The thobes themselves are beautiful and feel high quality. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the whole experience, Alhamdulillah.

Unfortunately it's always our own…

Unfortunately it's always our own community based businesses that have the worst customer service. They sell premium price product and when after 1 wash shows manufacturing defect this company does not want to know. I have worn cheaper thobes from other companies which had better manufacturing. Very disappointed and would not want to spend my money with them again.

Great quality thobes

Ordered multiple times. In all occasions the customer service has been great and any problems resolved but most importantly the quality of thobes has been great.

Brilliant thobes and great customer service. Purchased a thobe and had an issue and they dealt with it promptly. Highly recommend. Will definitely purchase again

Our website clearly states that the return window is 14 days from the date of delivery, as outlined in our returns policy.

We received your return 25 days after your parcel was delivered.

Policies are in place to ensure fairness. We cannot make exceptions for one customer and not for others.

We also offered you an exchange as a gesture of goodwill, even though it was not required by our policy. However, you declined this offer and chose to post a negative, misleading review instead.
