Didn't receive my order and tried emailing and phoning them, but got no response. Wish I'd checked this site before I ordered with them. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they are refunding me. Really good service from them! Please do not shop with this company, it's definitely a scam

Placed an order for a kettle. According to AKNZ’s website, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 4 days later and no information. I have contacted them - they promise to respond within 24 hrs, however 24 + hrs later and still no response. Complete radio silence.

UPDATE: The kettle has arrived and, so far, in good working order. Other than delivery confirmation emails from DPD, I still haven’t had any response from AKNZ in reply to my email to AKNZ info. However, I have updated my 1-star review to a 3-star review. A word of advice to AKNZ: If you can’t meet your SLAs (process timeframe, response times, etc.) you will never meet customers’ expectations. Even a timely response when customers contact you to say “we’re sorry for the delay, we’re working on it” can go a long way to keeping customers on side. Proactive communication is such a simple thing. Despite having received my order, I will not purchase from AKNZ again.

I’d leave a Zero if I could. I ordered and paid for a bike for my grandson and paid for next day delivery. Item never arrived. Sent several messages via their website/email/ PayPal and rang them on several occasions. User busy.. Today I thought enough waiting. I contacted PayPal who were amazing. Refunded me to my card as soon as I filled out all the information for them. I’m now able to buy another bike from a reputable company. This company should be closed now. So many bad reviews for them now.

Put in an order 29 Oct for a next day delivery. Order acknowledged but no delivery on 30 or 31. Sent an email enquiry but received no response. However, AKNZ did send notification of imminent collection by courier. And today, 2 Nov, have received the goods that I ordered.

Reported to action fraud, how anyone can get away with this is beyond me. My bank are investigating this company too they can contact this persons bank too find out who they are

Companies House lists an address for the business called AKNZ Limited, so it is a UK business and can be reported to the UK authorities.

If you think you are the victim of fraud, report the business to the police so they can build a case against them.
The more people that do it, with evidence, the more likely a prosecution will be brought forward.

As others have said - this company are uncontactable. Ordered an item with three options, only it was impossible to state which one you want. A search of the data companies house holds on AKNZ makes interesting reading.
The only recourse is to claim back through credit card, as this is not a properly functioning business, registered to a home address. No responses to communication via email or social media and phone line permanently shows as busy. The only /communication has been the clearly auto generated order confirmation.

They didn't even sent the item. More than a month later and 2 emails, still no response.

Placed an order for £200 which never arrived so decided to go to their premises only living 10 miles away from the address they have advertised on their website, when i arrived the guy on the front desk told me that he had worked in the building for many years and that company had never owned offices there 🤬lwas lucky my credit card company refunded me the money back

Absolute Scam - This company should be shut down.
Placed order on 29/9/25 and paid £322.98. Received email confirming order and receipt of funds then nothing. Unable to contact by phone and no response to emails. Fortunately for me Pay Pal got involved and returned my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam. No product and no way to contact them in a way they have to respond. Disputed through PayPal - hopefully they will eventually stop this company from using their services.

Never had an issue always received my order but I ordered nearly a week ago an this time I didn't receive my order ive tried phoning says line busy ive emailed and messaged on Facebook and dont get any response never again will I order from them

Why is this government allowing this company to get away with robbing the British people like this this company are scamming and robbing customers there must be a law to stop this kind of thuggery theft from happening how can we the people who have been scammed robbed treated very badly get this company jailed

I ordered three jars of Manuka honey and never received any dispatch update. I emailed the seller four days later, but got no reply. Waited another four days—still nothing. In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Extremely disappointing experience. This is a seller to avoid at all costs.

Wrong order sent, not answering the phone seems to be disconnected or not genuine?
Tried to return item immediately and a refund no response to many emails but still taking orders???
The only option left is to try through the credit card company.
I wish I had read trustpilot first as they seem a scam company.

I ordered a bread bin online for next day delivery which they acknowledged.

I've heard nothing since despite my attempts to phone (permanantly engaged), email and use their online contacts, none of which they respond to.

What can I say that hasn't been said previously. By ordering anything from this company, you may as well throw your money out of the window. Product never arrives and there's no communication. Shame on these people. May karma catch up with them, it usually does.
