I called for assistance on how to get the card number that was saved in my wallet and the man was rude and refused to help me. I ended up using the card another way but you would think activating a gift card wouldn’t be dealt with in such a negative manner.

After reviewing the call, we found that our representative was unable to complete the authentication process because the name provided during the call did not match the information that had been supplied to us by your organization. For security and privacy reasons, we can only discuss card details after successfully verifying the caller's identity.
We understand this may have been inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience. Our agent attempted to explore available options, including seeking additional approval; however, because the verification requirements could not be met, he was required to refer you back to your organization for assistance.

I filled out a survey and received this card as a reward. Within days they deducted all the money gifted to me until I had zero. Very misleading!
