This review is long overdue! I've been working with James and the AP team for longer than I care to remember (15+ years at a guess).
As a BTL landlord with a fairly complex set up and structure James & Nicky have always made everything a breeze, they keen me on top of what I need to be doing, and when, and provide a down to earth and common sense sounding board when its needed.
On more than one occasion I have been in receipt of advice from the team that is to the detriment of them and benefit to me. Not often that you find a partner willing to make a short term loss to add value and maintain a long term relationship.
If you are thinking about using a broker, speak to the guys at AP, your wallet and stress levels will thank you later!
