The platform is user friendly and easy to use. The KYC process was simple and did not take too much time, so the onboarding felt smooth. The dashboard is clear, and the rules are easy to find and understand.
So far, everything has been pretty smooth for me. I started with Lite Mode because it was very cheap to try, and after completing it, I moved on to the Standard Challenge. It was also easy to follow, and I completed the challenge stage in just one day.
One thing I appreciated was that Lite Mode gives a straightforward way to explore the platform first. The challenge structure was explained in a way that was easy to follow, which matters a lot when you are new and trying to avoid unnecessary confusion. I also liked that I could understand the basic setup without spending too much time figuring everything out.
The signup was really smooth, and the platform was easy to use from the start. It's very beginner-friendly. I decided to try Lite Mode since it only cost me $9.90, and the payout process was faster than I expected.
I asked a question in the community — there are 18 people in there, and half of them are part of the team. It still took more than two hours to get a reply, and the reply was just a link I had already checked. I was hoping for a more helpful explanation and a bit more engagement than that.
