The quality of the construction, the delivery, the packaging, and the speed of delivery all exceeded my expectations.

Our second product we purchased from this company and we love it! Always good shipping time, easy assembly, and a lasting, easy-to-use/clean finished product! Our box came a little smashed up from fed-ex, but it did not damage the product inside.

The item came with a damaged piece. That being said I emailed & they said they would send out that piece again but unfortunately will take up to two weeks if not longer.

Good product overall. Fast delivery. Was missing about a dozen screws but otherwise no issues. Cats are enjoying being out in the sunshine and I am enjoying time that I don't have to directly supervise them outside--I can do it from inside the house or while I do gardening outside.

I ordered a catio from the website. About an hour later I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. I sent an email requesting an urgent cancel request. No response. I got on the chat option but no customer service agents were available during business hours. I saw the next morning someone had responded to my chat request at almost 7pm. But they acted like they didn’t see where I had put my order number in to cancel the request. The next morning I sent another email asking to cancel the order. Again, no response. Then the customer service person didn’t respond until after 7pm stating sorry your email must not have gone through. Your item is already shipping. According to FedEx, the item has not been picked up. This has really been the worst experience.

Good product. Easy to put together. Arrived quite quickly. Overall pleased.

Nice outdoor cat house. Cats love it and it keeps them warm. Package came quickly and everything was in package ready to assemble. This is the 2nd house we have ordered from this company and all has been Great!

Easy to assemble, all pieces were included and in great condition. My tortoise is so happy in his new home. A perfect tortoise house for an indoor space🤘

Okay construction, not the highest quality. Heating pad doesn't seem to work and no one at customer support with reply to my multiple attempts to contact them. Should work fine in the summer tho. Be warned...

Finally a project where the instructions actually work. Everything fit perfectly. A child could put this together. Properly constructed and well thought out!

Two cats are using it and loving having a safe, spacious, comfy shelter they can call their own. I use pads and self warming mats until we use the heating pads that came with the house. It’s adorable. The only thing I would change is making the upper platform a bit wider for them to jump up on easier.

The screws that attach the roof to the doghouse did not hold. Since the hinges are permanently attached to the doghouse there was no way to effectively anchor the roof to the house. Once the screws have pulled loose there is no effective remedy.

Shipping was super fast. Not as big as i would like for price. Should be advertised as a luxury brooder box cause it doesn’t look like it will fit 6 chickens unless they are only in there to sleep and walk a single file line. Wish the door was open the full length so we could change the perch areas Def need a run.

Love the catio, instructions were unclear at a few points leading to me having to disassemble things I already put together.

Easy to put together, cute when complete. Had to leave it to off-gas for a few days before I put it around animals.

The wood that this is made of is a little cheap, screws that come with it strip out in the wood quite easy most of the time. I had to replace the screws in the hinges for the roof with small bolts & nuts and modify the inside for them to close properly. I guess I could have relocated the hinges and hope the screws wouldn't strip out again but didn't. The asphalt on the center trim of the roof is already coming loose after 2 days

Dog house was pretty easy to put together. Insulation and heated mat seem to keep it pretty warm inside. Would definitely not put outside. Perfect for porch or covered shelter use. Do not care much for roof material. It makes a mess
