The water bottle company is air-up.com, not airup.com. This is an average science website. Looking up air up on here is the one on the bottom of this. Leave this website alone.

Product simply does not work as described. Good luck trying to return your faulty bottle / pods...instead they just suggest that you haven't assembled the bottle correctly etc - opening a case with Paypal as it certainly feels like i'm going to struggle to get my money back otherwise.

Does anyone know how to get a refund from this company please?
It's been 2weeks and my order is not even dispatched yet. And yes I ordered from their website.
They kept saying go to their support, but there's nothing their but information about their products. I have been scammed.

Customer (dis)service. What idiot would buy a water bottle designed to leak, pop it in their gym/University/School/work bag alongside their laptop, mobile phone, headphone, papers, clothes? No one. But if you are gifted a 30 GBP water bottle, a Ferrari or Lamborghini version, it must be good. Right? Think again. Here’s the catch. Unlike your Ferrari or Lamborghini which you can return if it cant actually turn right when you move the wheel in that direction, or they go into reverse when you press drive, you can’t actually return your air up when it leaks all over your stuff. That’s because this bottle is designed to leak. All over your stuff. So if you can afford to replace your phone, headphones, gym kit, loose your papers, have damp stains on your backpack, and probably loose that also, go ahead and buy it. But don’t expect to speak to anyone, let alone a refund. It was a present for me and if anyone wants a leaky water bottle for free….Personally, stick to your supermarket cheap as chips option.

Ordered at the beginning of November dpd have confirmed my order was returned to air up on the 8th nov as the address couldn’t be found and they didn’t update them when requested details, I have since read on Facebook they are doing this to a lot of orders not providing the full address on parcels! Emailed them numerous times gave them all details of my order to then be ignored and still no refund

Doesn’t work! Save your money and buy a normal water bottle. The pods have a smell but you certainly don’t taste anything. As for the company, their responses are pathetic (I think it’s a robot to be honest!) and if you have a discount code prepare to be told that everything is suddenly out of stock when you go to the checkout. This happened to me but after closing down the website and clearing any history of it, I went back on 10 minutes later to find it was all in stock. Complete con! AVOID!

Place an order for my granddaughter on the 18th November, order status dispatched, divery 21st of November. No delivery, check status still saying out for delivery. Tokd they tried to deliver i was in all day, receive my amazon order, no issue! contact online, being told check and update delivery status!!

Ridiculous policy, ordered 2 bottles, one meant to be a different colour, so go straight back in to change it! But it can’t, I have to wait to receive it then send back! Absolute shambles, customer service made me wait so long that it could have been done there and then!! Will not be buying anything else from here!

Air up does not sell to Australia, and this hurt me. HOW CAN THEY SELL TO AUSTRIA AND NOT AUSTRALIA. JUSTICE FOR AUSTRALIA! but they look good, air up please send to me!!!!! IM TRYING TO BUYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

It leaks, flavor pods are not good and even if you are within your 30 day window they won't refund you. Unless its unopoened!! How will you know if it leaks unless you open it! DO NOT BUY THIS

We purchased two air up bottles for our 8 year olds who are used to using similar types of drinks bottles.

The bottles both leak and the rubber top that pushes into the top of the bottle does not seal tight and both have leaked a lot when being used.

No tipping of the bottles nothing. Even with the lids on tight they still leak from the same place. Even the loops on the lid have perished and split within a month of purchasing.

Treated, used and cleaned following the company instructions provided. Contacted over 15 times with emails as no other method possible and every time fallen on nonsense excuses and then finally passed on to the dedicated special team that now a month in haven’t bothered to contact me.

My advice would be just opt for something else. Any other company would probably arrange for the items to be returned or replaced or even something rather than endless team member giving useless advice that is tried repeatedly on the hope it was correct but then reported back that still the issues were there on both products the company then turn their back.

Just choose another brand that might actually take the efforts needed to resolve an issue rather than make excuses and not respond

I’ve got 3 air ups and never had a problem I buy the pods regularly spend slot of money. However 1 if my new bottles leak which I know isn’t normal as like I said I’ve had 3 great bottles However I’ve been offered no replacement so I’m £35 down with a upset child

Bought a bootle and a pod, a month now still have not received the product. Not good at all.

Don't buy! One Month late and still no delivery. Air up have sent my order two more times and still Evri have not delivered the goods. I have an upset son. Evri have returned my order back to the sender three times now. Why? I have no choice but to ask for a refund.

I was very dubious about purchasing this…regarding the delivery of it from the
reviews on here as well as the performance of the actual water bottle. I ordered on Friday 31st of March at night and it is Tuesday 4th April and it has arrived. So that is brilliant in terms of shipping!
We ordered a few different pods to go with it. My son loves it on first impressions. He has tried mixed berry, which he likes and Kola which isn’t as noticeable in flavour.
I think it’s quite good and if it gets my 10 year old drinking more water than I applaud the concept. I just hope for the money it isn’t a gimmick and ends up at the back of the cupboard.

Air up pods arrived in a broken damaged box. The pods were not in the box. I have since been in contact with airup 4 times by means of the online chat. Each time I have been told to wait, and then been told they will get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days now! Each time I chase this I am told to wait. I don’t know what else to do.

I bought a pink airup for my very excited daughter at Christmas
Two objections: 1) the pods don’t work/taste and the suction is appalling
2) despite checking the seals, it has leaked all day in my work bag
Very poor show for a £38 product not fit for purpose

My daughter saved her pocket money for one of these bottles - that never arrived - it was delivered to the wrong address but returned to the driver and then it vanished. AirUp Customer Service have been amazing and have sent her out a replacement bottle. Alex was super helpful and very prompt when responding to my queries.

The day i got the bottle i loved it emidiatly. The taste is very good (smell) and the bottle is very strong. And very good customer service too! Because i ordered a black one but i got a green one and i contacted them and they gave me the black one and said that i could keep the green one! Best service.
