Amor from Airport Taxi greeted us at CDG as expected as soon as we exited passport clearance and got our luggage. He helped us with our luggage and provided a pleasant, smooth and safe 3 1/2 hour ride to our hotel in Angers in spite of some bad weather. I have never arranged such a ride like this before and Amor and everyone at the company were terrific. i would certainly recommend your company to anyone who needs this service as well as use this company again if i ever need it. Taking a chance on this months in advance and thousands of miles from home was a new experience and it worked out great.

Ik ben enorm teleurgesteld in deze taximaatschappij. Mijn rit was ruim op voorhand bevestigd, dus ik ging ervan uit dat alles correct geregeld was. Tot mijn verbazing kwam de chauffeur echter niet opdagen.

Achteraf kreeg ik te horen dat hij mij zogezegd had geprobeerd te bellen en dat ik niet had opgenomen. Dit is totaal onredelijk, aangezien wij op dat moment in de vlucht zaten en dus uiteraard niet bereikbaar konden zijn. Dit was ook perfect te voorzien, gezien het tijdstip van de rit.

Een bevestigde reservatie zou moeten betekenen dat de chauffeur gewoon op de afgesproken plaats en tijd aanwezig is, zonder afhankelijk te zijn van een telefoontje op het laatste moment. Door deze nalatigheid zijn wij in een zeer lastige situatie terechtgekomen.
Dit getuigt van een gebrek aan professionaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Ik raad deze maatschappij dan ook absoluut niet aan aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar een stipte en correcte servi

Very easy to make a booking online. Immediate confirmation with details and contact number of the driver. Drivers are texting you to confirm that they are coming. Always on time and very friendly
Some cars could be a bit cleaner but the punctuality and the kindness of the driver are more important.

The driver arrived on time, the car was clean and well-maintained. We were driven to the airport safely and on schedule.

The trip from Bertem to Brussels South on April 9 was perfectly fine. 5Stars

The return trip on April 13 from Brussels South to Bertem was anything but as it should be.
The driver had a different car, he did not have the correct meeting point—in this case in front of the Pullman Hotel—and what is much worse, he had a different phone number for us so that neither we nor he could reach us. 4Stars
So we had to ask the dispatch center via chat message where our taxi was.

I booked the taxi and been confirmed with a driver days before for Brussels Airport. On the day, we were waiting to be picked up and no status update or whatsoever. I was able to contact the dispatcher and he called the driver and said will arrive in 14mins, we waited and still nothing. After 30mins, was suggested to book another taxi! I was already in a panic because we might miss our flight and our area was not a city that taxi passes by. Luckily, an uber was nearby but waited another 10mins.

They told me to send the uber receipt so they can pay me of the difference. I have not heard from them yet after my last message. Not a good experience with this taxi service that caused me stress and hassle.

Very easy to book and very fast answer to the booking and confirmation. The driver called us when he was on his way and arriwed in time. We are very satisfied. Anders

Driver was not at the meeting point, and I had to search for him alone. After about 15 minutes, he finally arrived.

He then tried to charge more than the price agreed in the app and insisted on it, which made the situation very uncomfortable.

After the ride, the partner company kept messaging me repeatedly to book additional excursions, which felt intrusive.

Not recommended. In Hurghada, Uber is available, much cheaper (about 1/5 of the price), and more reliable.

Ohne Probleme war der Fahrer vor Ort. Alles verlief schnell.

Je suis très déçu de ce prestataire de services. Pour la réservation de navette pour 6 personne(aller-retour) le 27 mars, je reçois un Whatsapp le 26 à 20h00 du chauffeur qui annule sa course en me demandant de trouver moi-même une alternative. Un comble. Je tente de joindre la société le lendemain matin mais mes appels sont restés sans réponse.

Don't meet in arrivals hall at Berlin but outside the terminal building. Not easy to locate after long day.
3 Adina hotels in Berlin. Got left at the wrong one despite paperwork having the address. When we realised, we had to get another taxi to the correct one.
