Beware of the E-unit battery life
I have used the Airofit 2.0 for just over 2 years and while the device is overpriced (in my opinion).
There are performance benefits with the device.
The battery in the e-unit only lasts just over 2 years and is then out of warranty. The replacement piece is €100 which is also overpriced.
I just wanted to warn current customers and potential customers that this can happen. Therefore you could be buying a new E-unit every 2 years.

Excellent Customer Support

Issue with battery and customer service simply suggest buying a new device. There no replacement parts available. This items are expensive and now having it fail to hold charge is flustrating

The batteries in our devices are designed to last for many years under normal use, but like any battery-powered product, they naturally deteriorate over time. If the device hasn’t been charged or maintained as recommended for a longer period, this can unfortunately affect its ability to hold a charge which may be what happened here.
Our products come with a two-year warranty, and we always assist with any problems that occur within that period. If your device is still under warranty, we’re absolutely happy to help you get this resolved.
If it is outside the warranty window, then unfortunately replacement parts aren’t available, but we truly hope the device supported you well throughout your training journey.

THE BATTERY IS SUB STANDARD AND CANT BE REPLACED AND THEY WILL JUST TRY TO GET YOU TO SPEND MONEY ON A NEW UNIT.
A flawed design using sub-standard components which result in the battery dying after the warranty expires with no option to replace it.
They charge a premium price for the unit but offer a low quality product and probably the worst post sale customer experience.
Like the other customers who has reviewed the product the only solution they will offer is a 40% discount on a product that is only 30% off, i.e. a 10% discount and they will try to gaslight you to make it seem like airofit is the one doing you a favor.
The customer service rep. actually wrote: “… I’ve been authorized to give you an exclusive 40%…” what a load of BS. Product was on sale at 30% already.
At the price they are charging and if you add the price of the app on top, then you are better off going to a performance/athlete centre pay for a vo2 reading and training programme every year as opposed to getting the experience of feeling scammed by Airofit.

Your device is no longer within the warranty period, so the only option we were able to offer was a discount toward a new unit. We understand this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and it’s frustrating when a product no longer works as it once did.

App should be improved according to cost
Hello, in general, I’m satisfied with the product but I have some issues to report:
-1: The battery meter on the app is inaccurate. It had been at 40% for several weeks and suddenly the low battery warning popped up.
-2: Some programmes fail, displaying two instructions at the same time and causing the percentage of the exercise result to drop drastically, forcing me to cancel and start over. In particular, one day the "Presencia" exercise failed several times in a row.
-3: Today's training sessions have not been updated. Yesterday, I only did one of the two sessions. Today, when I did the one left over from yesterday, they were completed and the new pair of sessions was not generated. I find this insufficient.
-4: In general the information provided by the App is Ok but I expect a bit more of suggestions to improve, additional exercices when the two proposed are finished,…
Regarding the benefits, in one month, my exhale and inhale capacity have increased, but my lung capacity still has a negative trend. I will keep my daily training and sharing my comments.

Abysmal customer service; do not buy this device!
Abysmal customer service. After finding fault with the interface between my device and the app, I received an initial response. I then took out the Premium membership to get access to more features but since then the interface has not improved and despite emailing Airofit numerous times, they have singularly failed to respond unless prompted. I posted a review on Trustpilot and they responded to that asking me to reply further. On the last occasion (25th November), I replied to an email they had sent claiming they had responded on a certain date and stated they included the email in that reply; not only was the email not included in their email, they said to check my junk mail etc (it wasn't in either). The last email also asked for my invoice for the device, which I didn't have as it was a gift, I have had no further response...and of course there is no phone number to call, which I now know to be a sign a company pays little heed to after sales service.

Extremely Disappointed — Expensive Device That Still Cannot Be Used
I received the Airofit device three weeks ago, and the product is still completely unusable because the iOS app has not been approved in the App Store. There is no clear timeline, no official update, and no workable solution provided.
I emailed Airofit support, but the replies were vague, unhelpful, and avoided responsibility. Instead of giving an actual solution (such as TestFlight access), the company simply blamed the Apple review process. This is not acceptable — the real issue is that Airofit did not correctly prepare or validate their app’s privacy/data requirements before release, and customers are paying the price.
For a company that has already released two product generations, this level of software readiness and customer service is shocking. I paid a significant amount of money, and right now the device is nothing more than an expensive piece of junk, because it cannot function without the app.

Device: 1/5 (because it cannot be used at all)
I expected a professional product and a working ecosystem. What I received instead was a non-functional device with no timeline and no accountability.
