On this web site I have found a manual…

On this web site I have found a manual for a machine form 1988 that I have been looking for months. The chat function is a bonus. The customer support was very quick to answer my questions and they even gave me a discount on my purchase. Excellent!

A breath of 'fresh air' 2

Friendly very helpful and cheaper than everyone else.
Gillian needs a mention for her positive, quick and helpful responses. My out of stock order was delayed but arrived 2 days earlier than projected because it was
sent by 24hr delivery. Thank you.
The SIP TEMPEST CW-P 225AX pressure washer is obviously new but is working far better than all my previous washers.

First class service.

I dealt with a lady named Gillian who was so help from the word go. I ordered a 2" sip chuck when it came I realised it was to small so she helped in the exchange and refund process, and everything from start to finish was sorted in less than a week. I now have my my new 4" chuck that I am looking forward to using.
