Fantastic service from start to finish and could not be more helpful when there is an issue to be resolved - great company and even better customer service

Good quality aircraft models. I just wish staff would check the product before dispatching. A few models ordered were received with some wheels that had fall off or insecure.

Over last couple of years I have spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds on planes for my son
In January I ordered 4 planes for him, I order in advance as im a single parent and today on my sons birthday he has opened a plane and it is broken. They wont replace as I bought too long ago even though arrived damaged

I have s list of other planes to order but I will now have to find another company and I suggest others do too its disgusting.

I can only highly recommend AMS. They are very helpful, quick answering emails back. I got now twice an extra aircraft model as I was waiting for my order long. But I dont mind waiting, I know my order is safe. Excellent service

Just bought the SQ Wings 1.200 Cathay Pacific B-LJE 747-867F 80yrs Retro livery from AMS and their customer service team could not of been more helpful with every question and request I asked for. These guys are tops without doubt and I will be buying from them again very soon. Keep up the good work AMS.

Fantastic customer service. Jeffrey and Miles tended to my issue and they were quick to respond and help me out. Although it was a trickier one, they still managed to sort everything and get it all shipped out in time. Couldn’t be happier.

They were extremely quick to respond, super friendly and went out of the way to help me. I’d also say they’re some of the best prices around for diecast model planes.

One minor issue, there was a damage at one of the elevators of the airbus beluga, I did fix, not sure was it from your side or the customs here
