My airbod arrived with a hole through the packaging and the airbod was damaged, this looked more like a courier issue. I contacted airbod.com and they replied really quickly and sent a replacement with no problems.

It is apparently impossible to communicate with the company. I contacted them on Saturday to request a change in address (they should answer within 12h). They ignored my email and got a notification on Monday that my package has been shipped sealing my fate of not receiving it in time. Definitely will not order here again.

Great fun, easy process

Horrendous company and a complete scam - avoid! They didn't deliver my item. Ignored my emails. Luckily I paid via my credit card so the issue is sat with my credit card team.

Amazing product

I placed an order on a Wed and delivery was quoted Sat. I chased on Monday - they were very slow on coming back and very vague in responses. I explained this was for a 18th birthday and needed by the following day. No response until next morning saying standard shipping is 5 days. They have had my order for nearly a week now and only shipped today. Rubbish communication and delivery.

Did not arrive on time as promised. So did not have for a 60th birthday party.
