GREAT EXPERIENCE

What made my experience very positive can be readily summed up, GOOD COMMUNICATIONS! Benjamin Crennell was proactive in checking how issues were progressing and was I satisfied with the service offered. A recent issue was a good example. An issue was identified with the hot water system. There was an attempt to solve it remotely, however when a visit was required he was "on the ball" and a prompt visit organised. He has called back to ensure the problem was solved!

Aira will tell you that the heat loss technical survey is a commitment that you must install

The following email was sent to Aira.

I didn’t receive a response. Tells you the sort of company are and how they operate.

“Initially for the first site visit by the sales rep was told a slimline 150l tank would suffice (1-4 people) and a 250l slimline is not in stock
Second visit by a surveyor upon realising I have 3 bathrooms, said 150l isn't ideal. In parallel did my own research and was glad with his honesty as I should ideally have a 250l tank
Charlotte Davidson wrote to me on the 13th Jan to say that as I had accepted the quote and paid a deposit of £149, it is a commitment to proceed with the installation. I asked where in the T&Cs it states that the £149 is an installation deposit/commitment to install but this was not clarified. Naturally this exchange already gave me an uncomfortable feeling with Aira.
I was told by both the surveyor on the second site visit and by Charlotte via email that I will receive a report following the technical survey. This was never formally received.
Since, I understand Aira have changed their policy to allow the use of existing hot water tanks and Chris and yourself have been helpful but overall I still don't have the full confidence to proceed with Aira based on the past above. For this reason it is best for me to explore other suppliers.”

Excellent

Adrian rang to confirm he would be coming at a convenient time. He carried out the work cleanly and efficiently and explained exactly what he had done and why. He checked to see if we had any questions or if we needed him to explain anything at all about the system. He was friendly and helpful throughout.

First class equipment & staff (office & install teams)

I chose Aira mainly due to the extended warranties. I ordered / just had installed a solar, battery & heat pump system from them which is great. Quality product and great install teams ( Lee, Ben & Carl). Would highly recommend 👌

My system had a fault and stopped…

My system had a fault and stopped heating my house, support were quick to respond and sent and engineer next day. Daniel K was able to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. Very happy with the process.

Ben and Iulian did a fantastic job…

Ben and Iulian did a fantastic job fitting a radiator which replaced one that was damaged in transit. They both cracked on with the job in hand and even stayed to make sure the system that was installed recently was functioning correctly. Also great communication from Emily who organised it.

Excellent response to call-out

AIRA responded to my problem very promptly sending me a technician / engineer out the next day. Peter Dawes was very polite and thorough. He restored the pressure to my heat pump and all was working in less than an hour. He made sure I understood things and answered my questions clearly. He made a recommendation which he thought would benefit me but didn’t know how quickly it would be acted on. I had a phone call the next day and the following day Peter was back to set it up. I feel very fortunate to have the support of such an excellent company and nothing but praise for Peter and the staff.

Excellent after sales support

I’ve had an Aira heat pump for almost two years now.

From the time it was installed to date everybody who has been round has been first class and friendly.

The installation wasn’t without its issues and I’ve had a handful of ongoing problems since.

It’s important, however, to note just how well Aira has dealt with these snags.

The test of any company is how well they deal with problems and how they support customers after they installed the product and taken their money.

I’ve never experienced any other company that has placed customer service so highly, certainly from the people that visited to install and maintain the system.

I’ve had a few issues getting the same level of customer support from their telephone lines, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. Some people have been extremely helpful and other others a little less so.

I’ve received very good support from Clare who has organised people to visit to ensure that the system is working correctly.

Today, Ben Robson has visited to check that the system is all in order. He’s really friendly chap, happy to explain what he’s doing, how the system works and give me, the customer, some tips as to how to get the best from the system

Ben is a true ambassador for Aira. As are pretty much all of the other people that I visited my home

I’m happy to recommend Aira to anyone else looking at investing in a heat pump system.

Not because everything has been plain sailing, but because when it hasn’t Aira has come back to ensure the problems are properly rectified.

Ben, thanks for all your help today. Aira really needs to invest in you as your attention to detail for the customer is second to none. Don’t ever lose the enthusiasm for your work and your friendliness to your customers. Aira is fortunate to have you, I hope they continue to encourage you and reward you.

I contacted Aira ( Emily Davis) to ask about replacing the bathroom radiator

I contacted Aira ( Emily Davis) because I needed a replacement radiator installed in the bathroom, Emily advised she would arrange for an engineer to call and install the radiator, this was set up for Monday 23 rd March, the engineer arrived as planned, drained the system, replaced the radiator, refilled the system and cleared the work area leaving the bathroom clean. Excellent job all round.

Friendly customer service and professional workmanship

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it took several visits to fully resolve the issues, and some appointments had to be rescheduled/delayed by Aira along the way. That said, the workmanship has been excellent — the engineers have been great, with Zeke in particular being friendly, professional, and very respectful to our home.
Benjamin has been very helpful and approachable point of contact, making the communication process smooth and responding quickly to any questions or queries. Overall, we’re very happy with the work carried out and are reassured to know it's easy to make contact with Aira if we need to in the future.
