No way to unsubscribe.
They don't have a subscription payment portal in your account. They used to but it's no longer there. (I wonder why...wink wink) Anyway, before they removed it i had cancelled my recurring payments. When i went back in to check and noticed that section was gone, i emailed them and they said that I would get rebilled anyway, even though I had asked a few times! I'm assuming they're foreign or don't understand english, but I have not received word that my subscription is indeed cancelled. It's no way to run a business. They just use other ai to make the music anyway (it's a service we're all familiar with that's cheaper.) Avoid this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ik ben sinds een aantal maanden muziek aan het maken met Ai de eerste keer was Suno en iedereen zegt dat dat het beste is wat ik niet ga ontkennen want de muziek zelf is inderdaad zeer goed bij Suno maar daarna ben ik overal geweest om te proberen hoe die andere sites waren en voor popmuziek zal dat dat misschien niet zoveel verschillen maar ik hoor graag jazz en het is niet zo eenvoudig om Ai dit soort muziek te laten spelen en ik moet zeggen dat dit bedrijf (ze zouden een makkelijk te onthouden naam moeten kiezen) het enige bedrijf is dat ik echt vergelijkbaar vindt met Suno en waar ik Regelmatig muziek ga maken, Ik vind dat een belangrijk criterium Ik zit op het vrije plan dus over de rest kan ik weinig zeggen maar ik heb de indruk dat dat echt goed zit en niet één keer maar regelmatig telkens ik daar iets doe . De rest van alle platformen tot nu toe zijn redelijk ontgoochelend geweest Dus voor wie het belangrijk vindt dat de muziek goed is en het gene gevraagd wordt ook gebeurd,is dit een aanrader

I've been experimenting with ai music since it began, I've found Aimusicgen to not only be far superior to others, but the quality is from another world. I was a lttle reluctant to buy the membership after reading other reviews, but after considering it I decided to take the chance based on how good it actually has been peforming on the free tier.
And I'm so glad I finally took the plunge and purchased a yearly membership, it just gets better and better.

I used paypal to make payment, and the credits were instantly in my account, everything is running as sweet as a nut, and they are far more genourous than all the others when you read the terms and conditions.

I'll certainly recommend them to anybody based on my personal experience!

I am a software engineer and I know how hard is to keep alive something like this.
I like the fact it allows generation seeding on reference songs and guitar rifs which I use.

The last three days I've been using aimusicgen and have had very little issues. HERE are the things that others obviously have no clue about:
1. Aimusicgen.ai DOES take paypal
2. Aimusicgen.ai IS a "wrapper" of another music generator.
3. When I paid for my month with paypal, yes, it went to a company in China (It shows where it goes in your paypal, the name of the company and location is NOT hidden in your paypal acct.
4. If you keep getting charged for your RECURRING monthly membership (currently 29.00 a month) That's a YOU problem! You CAN shut it off, just look in your acct on Aimusicgen.ai and hit Unsubscribe. DONE, no more recurring charges. Not good enough? Double check your recurring payments in your paypal acct and r e m o v e it! *rolling eyes*
5. The only 3 times out of 150 or so (so far) that it said, Aimusicgen.ai can not do the lyrics is when the description included the name of a band. If I want it to sound like.. Def Leopard, I can not put in the name of the band, it will not produce it. It will return your credits immediately and ask you to fix the mess up that you did. Figure out how to describe the sound you want ((with todays technology, it AINT hard!))
6. I've used Version4, 5 and prefer Version 6. Its just more advanced. Yes, it costs 4 credits vs 3 credits for version 4 or 5. But it's definitely worth it.
7. Takes about a minute and half for a song to complete, so that part is slow.
8. No need to "extend" your song by XX seconds. It gives you the whole thing BAM! Right there.
9. Unless you absolutely NEED the clearest possible version of your song(s) don't download using .wav it costs more. Of the 150+ songs I've downloaded so far, the only ones that sucked, was Version 4 songs, and that's not the downloads fault, that was software that was "old"
10. The reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 star, sorry, little partial to the USA!!
11. Don't bother trying to pay for any service (if in the USA) outside the USA with a prepaid credit card, MOST likely it will NOT work. (Read your card) Using paypal is safer anyway.
12. If you think their isn't enough choices (for some reason) click the arrow down and wah lah! Theres a whole slew of choices. Also, again with the "tech" thing.. you're not limited to their choices. "Ask around" you can put your own choices in there.. Im not going to tell you how to be a pro at this, but.. it's cost me 0.00 to figure it out. You think I COULD come up with 150 different songs in 3 days? With new lyrics on my own? ROFL! No.
Hope this review helps you. I tried the other ones, sooo glad i didn't pay for them.. I like Aimusicgen.ai and will probably just do the 50$ for 1600 credits next time. that way Im not limited to a month. Remember though, its NOT hidden, its in your acct, if you dont want to be charged a g a i n and a g a i n SHUT OFF subscription!

Having tried the free level of this platform, I was very impressed by songs created from my lyrics. However, reading the various reviews of that company based on people's personal experience there seems to be something fundamentally wrong as a result of which I decided not to take out a paid subscription. If a site or company is surrounded by people calling them scammers, citing unauthorised charges etc, then there is clearly a basic problem and lack of transparency. Unless the company sorts itself out then I am sure many others will decide to steer well clear of them with the obvious eventual outcome. If the AI music and songs are legitimate etc then I implore this company to focus on transforming its communication, customer experience and image.

They need to improve so many features. Options are so limited and sometimes the songs turn out regardless of the styles/Genre that you have selected. I will not keep my subscription. It does NOT worth it.

I have somewhat of a difficult time with this review overall I think the product is good as far as producing music.

It seems the owner massages the amount of credits they want to do stuff anytime they please for example they recently created a video generator that you can use from the songs that you make from different places not just the song that you can make with them. That's a good idea but the problem comes about is the when they first posted this said that you could generate your video to the song until you're a fully happy with it. Myself I didn't use it right away but I did wait and when I made a 1st video discovered you don't get to regenerate the video because unless you pay the credits again which are 20 then if you want to download the video they charge you another 10 credits for that so basically what happens is that if you don't like the video that was generated what you have is a worthless video that you paid 20 credits for without the option to even go in and edit anything or fix any of the mistakes.

At least when you generate music they give you two options usually one is definitely better than the other but that's not the case with the video generator it doesn't matter whether it's a crap video you lose your tokens so it's a gamble.

The next thing was when I signed up for a subscription the company that they use looks very much like PayPal but it's not PayPal, it's some other business.

When I signed up for the program nowhere does it say that they're going to charge you an extra credit if you download a .wav file. I've used five or six hundred credits and never did they charge me an extra credit to download in this format which they started doing today (out of blue). When I signed up was clearly posted (screen shot) I could get the best quality in the best format period no extra credits.

They came out with a version 6 of the product which I do think it sounds better but now they want 4 credits instead of 3 and if you download it in a .wav file you're gonna pay another credit.

It appears to me the owners do whatever they want, they've gotten greedy. It's not something offered during your next time credit purchase or resubscribe they just change it any old time they feel like whether you like it or not.

Horrible business practices

Den AImusicGen.ai Generator habe ich für einen Monat Basic für etwa 16 € (inklusive der Mehrwertsteuer) gebucht. Da dieser Generator keine Dokumentation hat, ich zumindest keine gefunden habe und die Bedienung mir auch sonst nicht gefällt, werde ich das Abo kündigen und kann diesen Musik-Generator nicht empfehlen. Der Plan "Free" ist nichts wert, denn man kann nur einen Song pro Monat generieren und zum Testen hatte man nur 6 Credits, also zwei Songs. Zu wenig!

Auch die 120 Zeichen zur Beschreibung des Musikstils reicht nicht aus für ausführliche Prompts, obwohl ich 16 € bezahlt habe.
Die Abonnement- bzw. Billing-Seite ist nicht aufrufbar, befindet sich seit meiner Mitgliedschaft "Under Construction".

Also, insgesamt macht alles keinen guten Eindruck. 

Eine sehr verworrene Abo-Führung hat mich bestimmt eine Stunde gekostet, das Abo zu kündigen. Man darf nämlich nicht unter AImusicGenAI bei Paypal suchen, sondern unter diesem Firmennamen: PPG Digital Sp. z o. o. Und in den eMails findet man zum Abschluss des Abonnements überhaupt nichts.

Der Support reagiert allerdings schnell. Nur deshalb noch einen weiteren Stern.
