I’ve had a very poor experience with Aim.market regarding a deposit issue. I sent a small amount of ETH via the Base network by mistake. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and insisted that recovering the funds was "impossible."

As someone who understands how blockchain works, I know the funds are sitting in a wallet they control. I’ve reached out multiple times to resolve this, but they refuse to escalate the issue to their technical team despite promising to "send my message to the relevant department" the day before.

It’s a shame because I wanted to continue using the site, but I cannot trust a platform that hides behind "technical impossibility" rather than helping their users resolve a common error. I am still hoping for a resolution, but until then, I cannot recommend this site.

The service has stopped taking any responsibility for anything. Transactions are cancelled without even notifying you. You won't find any information in your purchase history that a skin purchased a week ago wasn't transferred by a 'provider/partner,' and they don't plan to be more selective about their partners. The service prefers to simply hide information from you, and you have to take their word that after a week of waiting for the purchased skin, you DEFINITELY received a full refund (there's no confirmation of this in your transaction history, so who knows?)
There's a monkey working in support who just forwards copy-past. It would be better if they replaced it with an AI bot.

I used aim.market for over 2 years, but they have recently started exit scamming. I had over $3,400 worth of skins stolen. Items get stuck in "moderation" indefinitely, even when sold at market price. Support ignores messages for weeks, gives endless excuses, and eventually blocks your account if you demand your items back.

They are selectively scamming users and keeping their skins. Do not deposit or sell anything here—you will lose your money. Avoid at all costs!

I made several sales on this site, the first transaction being 28 days ago. Over the past month, I still haven't received a single payment ($2,000) or a full refund of my items. Tech support is citing errors, and for 20 days now, they've been trying to find out something from someone, but they haven't provided me with any information.
I highly recommend this service.

I had a really frustrating experience with AIM Market. I placed an order and waited over two weeks without receiving any update or tracking information. When I tried to reach their customer support, I got no response for days, and when someone finally replied, the answer was vague and unhelpful.
The product I eventually received didn't match the description on the website — the quality was noticeably lower than what was shown in the photos. I requested a refund and was told the process could take "up to 30 business days," which feels completely unreasonable.
I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone looking for a reliable shopping experience. There are much better options out there that actually respect their customers' time and money.
