AIHR People Analytics Course

I enrolled on the AIHR People Analytics Course. The course was shockingly poor! The instructions videos did not line up with materials provided for students. Formulas didn't work, you had to search for other students comments for a fix! The excel spreadsheets the instructor used changed frequently within a video lesson. You had to search for different spreadsheets during every video. The explanations are at 100 MPH, you will need to pause, rewind, slow down videos, rematch over and over again! I would go somewhere else if I were you. I got a refund thankfully and cancelled the course!

In this specific case, there was a naming inconsistency in the lesson materials that understandably caused confusion while following along. Our content team has since reviewed this and updated the file naming so that the downloadable spreadsheets now match the task structure in the course more clearly.

Excellent experience with online learning

The video lessons are very professional- well structured, clear and to the point content. There are many valuable resources and templates accessible for the students and AI AIHR Copilot helps you in any task you have to complete as student or professional.

HR has to catch up the business

I believe the key insight was that HR should adapt AI rather than simply adopt it onn autopilot, that HR must move as fast as the business does alongside the customes, and that building trust between the direct manager and the team is fundamental to making this possible.
