Sono insegnante di sostegno e speravo di poter ricevere un supporto nella preparazione dei materiali da somministrare in classe. Il piano indicava il prezzo di un pacchetto base alla modica cifra di 14,49 euro, così ho deciso di provare. In un mese mi sono stati addebitati 100€ e non mi è stato utile per nulla. Non è stato possibile ricevere immagini e nemmeno scaricare i file di testo. Spero di poter ottenere un rimborso perché è un comportamento piuttosto scorretto
