Once I managed to increase my bankroll, they "upgraded" my membership to Platinum without my consent, requesting another bankroll increase towards $750 with $1000 as their final goal. Thank god I didn't have money available for that at that time.

When I asked support to cancel my subscription, due to the unwanted upgrade from Premium to Platinum, and return my bankroll plus earnings, my account got blocked/deleted, so that I can't access the dashboard on their website any longer.

In case they claim that this review is fake due to the somewhat different name that I use here on TrustPilot I hereby also gladly post my username at their site: djsteven77. Without any problem, I can also proof my unpleasant situation with these scammers to TrustPilot through multiple screenshots from my conversations with their "VIP Host" Ralph.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars...
