After participating in the “How to Trade with Confidence Without Forcing Discipline” Masterclass, I took a few days off from trading to review the material and explore the components of compassionate discipline.

When I went back to trading, I noticed a difference immediately. I was able to identify the emotions affecting me before, during and after trades. This understanding of myself as a trader is allowing me to approach the market with patience and awareness that I was lacking, resulting in more consistency.

Thank you to Agnieszka for nudging me off of the path I was on and onto a more calm and focused one.

Agnieszka is phenomenal!! I have seen such a change in my trading since I started her program. She has gotten me to look at things in such a different way. Even how I speak to myself has changed for the better. No longer do I ask, WHY!!!Now I ask WHAT..
Best investment in myself I have made and what I want. She's the real deal.

Hi, My name is Edwin, F. I have been through the Ahead Coach, Rise of the Profitable Trader with Ms. Agnieszka Wood.,, Thank Goodness :). I had a fantastic year going through mid April this year. Then what happened? In a matter of two days wiped away 80% of my gains. Then someone somehow put Agnieszka Wood in front of me, and I decided to look into it. I have to tell you, after completing this course, It has completely transformed my trading. My strategy planning, my morning work, my in trade mental capacities. Literally everything. I had never journaled before, but after this, my journaling pretrade today 1.Welcome to Your New World Starting Today!! 2. Graduation tonight, It has brought me inner peace 3. The ability to slow it down (trading) and gain strength in the process 4. Yep I sitll struggle with stops, but I like my newer strategy of one contract and one DCA. BUT continue to be careful, do not do this... JUST BECAUSE. 5. There are bad trades out there, just reverse out or stop out of your bad trades. Good trades will come. 6 Maintain one strategy... Trend, Pivots, open action. Trade one, look for the set up. Do not just decide "Oh, I can do this NOW"!! So, if you are reading this far, you may be saying, yea those are obvious. BUT, if you are saying, yeah, I struggle with these also. Take a deep breath. This is how to change your mindset. Agnieszka will help you to find places in your mind you did not know existed. If you know how to trade, but struggle with success, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. Welcome.

Agnieszka provide not only an explanation of why we experience different things during trading AND provides valuable insight on how to improve them as well. If you’re a trader this is a must listen whether you’re profitable or not this podcast can and will help

I had some deep ingrained beliefs in my trading that weren't very apparent to myself. In working with Agnieszka, she has been able to help me pinpoint some them and is helping me find a path to change those beliefs.

Agnieszka was fantastic. You can tell she puts everything into what she does and even regardless of this, it was very valuable. I learnt so much about myself on a deeper level and understood myself in a way I have never thought to that could positively impact my trading.

I am truly amazed at how Agnieszka was able to lead me to something so deep in my beliefs. I felt a shift in my thoughts and I know a great change is coming. What a fantastic coach!!

Trading is not just about making money. All your beliefs about money and the fear of losing it step up while you are facing the challenges of the market. Following along the process of ahead coach with video lessons and reflecting on the topic as attached homework forces you to adress your beliefs. In the one on one sessions Agnieszka constantly asks questions on your ideas and helps reframing them or to discover new beliefs on the issue. Agnieszka always appreciates your efforts and really wants you to succeed in this process. Many personal goals were reached and the transformational process still goes on.It was a great experience for me to attend the confident trader program.

Working with Ahead Coach has been a transformative experience, and I want to especially highlight the exceptional guidance of Coach Agnieszka. Her approach is deeply empathetic yet grounded in practical tools and strategies that truly make a difference.

She listens actively and offers insights that are both thoughtful and actionable. What sets Agnieszka apart is her calm presence, deep understanding of behavioral science, and her gift for helping clients reconnect with their values and strengths. Whether we were discussing stress management, confidence, or navigating tough transitions, she consistently provided support that felt personal, empowering, and effective.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ahead Coach and Coach Agnieszka to anyone seeking genuine growth, clarity, and lasting change.

I joined the "Raise Up of the Profitable Trader" program this past September, and I can't rave enough about how much I’ve learned from this course. It’s incredibly valuable and well-structured—a MUST for any trader who is serious about becoming consistent in their trading.

Agnieszka is one of the best trading coaches I’ve ever had. With her unique blend of experience as both a life coach and a trader, she truly understands the struggles, triggers, and challenges that students like me face. Her support has been invaluable in helping me build consistency in my trading journey.

I loved that with each session, I not only became a more focused and confident trader but also a more patient and calmer person. I still regularly revisit the course materials and continue to make use of the many tools available on the online platform. I’m incredibly grateful for all the work Agnieszka has done to help me improve.

Thank you so much, Agnieszka!

Very insightful, smart, thoughtful and practical guide to look within and see what and why needs work.

Coach (Agnieszka),
Thank you for your loving and professional guidance. The course was well structured, building on each trading skill set logically, allowing us to learn and cultivate the various aspects required to become successful in trading. I enjoy the personal transformation I achieved as a huge bonus. The Community is awesome, it was a pleasure to have a platform to support each other and share our journey.

I took advantage of 2 of the programs offered for FREE from Ahead Coach and both have been amazing. The Daily habit tracker has been so insightful for me to begin to look for trends that I didn't see previously in the way that sleep, proper diet, relaxation or meditation exercises really helped with my daily trading results. More importantly for me, it has helped me find a better work/trade/life balance and that has resulted in a better attitude to start my trading day and better results. When I combined this with her Trading Mindset Tips free email program it really was like a bulb went off and I started to look deeper at the reasons I wasn't as successful trading as i wanted to be. I was getting in my own way. Agnieszka does a great job of not overwhelming you with information all at one time also, you get a little daily email that has easy to use tips for self discovery. I recommend this for all traders looking to acheive more consistent results.

Hello Angnieszka,

Thanks a million for your coaching program and support for helping traders master their skills in trading and becoming more proficient... helping us bring out the best skills we have which have been dormant in us.

Through the series I have been able to gain mastery of myself, control my will and emotions during trading- learning to be more careful and patient to take the right trades.

I now see that following the hard path to success is pointless; but mastering my strategies and decluttering negative thoughts and beliefs from sabotaging my efforts is key to my trading success.

I will be ever grateful for your coaching and support and will be joining you in your group series.

Before I found Agnieska, I had not traded for several years due to the fear of losing money and not knowing how to break that. In the Confident Trader program, Agnieszka, as a life coach, guided me to identify my limiting beliefs and behaviors, and I am now more confident in my trading journey.
With the major changes in my life and career of moving from one country to another, Agnieszka was very flexible and helpful in completing the course and follow-up sessions. She really cares about students and often meets longer than scheduled sessions. She constantly reminded me that I am doing well and kept reminding me to keep focusing on the present (instead of the past or future) and to love and enjoy yourself.

Agnieszka and The Confident Trader program far exceeded every expectation I had. The material is so well organized, and the content is immediately and enduringly beneficial. Agnieszka added powerful insights in the weekly coaching sessions and personally guided me through the journey to chart a new, profitable course for my trading and life. I brought the commitment to do the work and follow the process and Agnieszka brought the knowledge, skills, supporting material, and (most powerfully) the genuine caring for my success. If 100 stars were an option, I would give them to recommend this wonderful program that has literally changed my life.

The latest podcast from Agnieska Wood dealt with the fascinating topic of stress as it relates to trading in financial markets. The podcast explains how important it is to manage stress when trading in financial markets, and shows have neglecting to manage that stress can significantly hamper trading results.
