Iv been in an email back and forth for over a month and still no solution. The product I bought was damages, used and delivered a month too late. I asked to return the product and was told it cost too much as the return location is in china and offered me $6 on a $70 purchase. I can not get a phone number or a real address but they do send emails days later stating they can’t do anything

Total scam, I ordered the stick foundation and they said it was delivered but it wasn’t. They said check the post office and neighbors but it wasn’t anywhere. They send same email back when questioned about checking the same places. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered the Whiskey Sampler Advent calendars. Still haven’t received them and now that I’m seeing these reviews, I realize I’m probably going to receive ornaments or nothing. Scam!!

I was looking at purchasing the Duratrack 360 gps trackers for my motorcycle, a Google search showed no info or even existance of this TM brand, then after reading all the reviews on trustpilot about the website itself I wont be risking my money, thanks everyone that wrote a review.....

Found this merchant on IG. It’s a Total scam! I ordered AI SMART GLASSES for photos features and they sent me translation glasses. The translation wasn’t even good. The quality of the product was subpar. The ordering site committed to accepted returns. Then I attempt to process return s d they give me the run around. Furthermore I went to the link in my email to revisit my order and the site looks completely different as if the domain is being used by a completely different company ( not the same merchant. .

I ordered two juice squeezers which took over a month to come. One was a Xmas gift which didn't arrive in time, but had it, I would have never given it to anyone and I hope to return it, but to who is the bigger question. I used it once and its a piece of Sh1t. They are made of some sort of metal and there is nothing to identify what type of metal this is so if I cannot return them they will be thrown in the trash. They shoved them in a grey plastic bag with no box, no store name, nothing to identify who made them or what they are made of. I don't get scammed, but they got me this time.

I ordered a whiskey advent box December 2025 first I was overcharged and when I asked for a refund, they said I would have to wait until my item arrives, but my item has still not arrived even though they’re fake tracking shows it was delivered 1/13/26. And now they won’t even respond to me.

Order 2 sets of the magnetiles on 11/27/25. Hoping they would arrive for Christmas. Still have not received them. I thought at the time of the order they were $17 per set. I was charged $24 per set. Sent them an email today, Jan 7, 2026. They replied that they would look into it and if I was overcharged then I would be refunded. Never said anything about not getting them at all.

Actually no star. I ordered two of these for Christmas gifts weeks ago and NEVER received any!! I was very disappointed . Then I read a review that you had very poor customer service. That is a shame ! I need you to reimburse my American express card immediately and cancel that order as well . If this is not done the credit card company said to turn it over to their fraud department ,

I also ordered 2 whiskey samplers. I received one placemat. When I reached out to the company they said it wasn’t from them. The order is in transit. Although they said my order was delivered! Scam.

Just like a lot of the other reviews took three weeks to get to me late for Christmas and then when I received it, I got these plastic little toys they show in the ad little whiskey bottles full of whiskey and that’s not what you get

I too ordered these whiskey samplers and got received these little plastic toys! WTF These were advertised on Facebook and now I'm trying to figure out how to get my damn money back, waited well over a month to get them and when the 2 boxes arrived i didn't even know what they were. I was expecting a much bigger and heavier box. So you can imagine my frustration at this point, these were supposed to be Christmas gifts for 2 of my dear friends. Please, ANYONE report these people and put them on blast.

Ordered a Whiskey Advent calendar for my son as a Christmas present. What was pictured in the Instagram ad was an advent calendar with miniature bottles of various whiskey brands. What a fun idea! The order was placed 11/29. Arrived today, 12/24. And the product does NOT contain any whiskey bottles but rather tiny cheap plastic flat 1” tall whiskey bottle ornaments. Terrible product. Save yourself $30 and do not buy this product or any others from this vendor.

What a ripoff, thought I was buying a couple of gifts for colleagues that was little samples of whisky, nope! What I got was little one inch designs of different whisky’s that you can put on a string that was with it to, I guess hang on your tree!

I ordered the cute little game (can’t remember the name but it is 4 sided with one side yellow, one side blue, one side green, one side red.) I haven’t seen or heard from this company… I hate being taken advantage of 🤬🤬🤬

I purchased 2- 35kW speed chargers and neither worked out of the box. The onboard chords did not work on any phone with a C connection. I had to use a separate chord to get it to work and at that charged as fast as my $2 Amazon chord, TOTAL GARBAGE!!! Save your money. On top of that there is no way that I can find to return this trash.

I ordered a product, and they claimed that the post office delivered it in the mailbox. The tracking number didn't exist at all. All I know is that I'm not getting any package and they stole my money. I believe the scammer is laughing. From now on, I will never purchase anything from Instagram ever again. Lesson learned!
