I ordered two parts that apparently were on backorder. They quickly contacted me (within minutes) to see if I wanted to cancel the order. Since these were not critical parts I chose to wait. Subsequen... Näytä lisää

They had everything I needed(IH Farmall 120C). Just wish they had a filter service kit without the oil. I had to write down the numbers of the filters from there service kit and do it manually. All of you know it's cheaper to get your fluids locally. Lo an behold I forgot one filter the air filter, got the in cab, but not the engine. Be nice if they offered service kit without oil

Vastaus yritykseltä AgCRAZY
Hi Calvin,
We appreciate the honest feedback and will use it to improve. There was definitely a breakdown on our end getting the last part of your order sent out. I also apologize for the lack of communication from our team regarding this. I hope you'll give us another chance to show that we're better than your experience on this order.

I rate you above 5 stars. I looked at date wrong when I contacted you about shipment hasn't arrived yet. Your company went out of their way to satisfy me. Instead of receiving part from your company you had manafactor ship direct to me. I was wrong not your company. Thanks once again!
