I couldn’t enjoy the earring for even two hours. The clasp is so delicate that it immediately fell off and got lost. Very disappointing. Not recommended!

Collier Helio, forme originale pour un soleil grâce à ses rayons ondulés. Bonne taille, pas trop grand, visible discrètement. Je le trouve un peu léger mais par contre très bonne idée de le fixer au milieu de sa chaine, cela évite de récupérer le médaillon dans la nuque. Rallonge de chaine ne se distinguant pas de la chaine donc ne fait pas "toc". Prix légèrement cher, mériterait d'être à dix euros de moins....

I had a great experience - ordered some earrings from France to NZ. Item was despatched promptly then I saw nothing on the tracking after dispatch. I emailed the company and was promptly given the NZ tracking number. The earrings arrived and were just what I wanted, beautifully wrapped. Kudos to Emma for following up and caring. Great experience!

Agapée miente con su política de devolución. Te dice que puedes devolver sin problemas y a la hora de tramitar la devolución te cobran un fee de 6 euros del que no te habían informado en ningún momento. Además no vienen a recogerlo a tu casa sino que tienes que desplazarte a un punto de Seur a dejar la devolución. Engañoso, malintencionado, malas prácticas. NO COMPRÉIS NADA AQUÍ.

Order came super quickly without any complications, beautiful packaging and I absolutely love my new earrings! They feel high-quality and honestly product photos are really living up to reality, I will definitely be a return customer.

I'm sorry to have to say that I have not been impressed by the customer service offered and item I received from Agapée. 

I asked for the Ondea ring from my partner for my birthday and when it arrived I thought he had ordered a ring from a different site - the ring did not look like it does on the Agapée website - it is very shiny, darker and cheaper looking in real life. I have bought rings from Agapée before which were listed as the same material as this one, but the material was totally different.

I was hoping to get the situation rectified and reached out to ask for a refund (standard procedure) and for Agapée to cover the postage fee (as the item did more match the image or description online).

Although I explained the situation over email and sent through photos and videos of the ring, I was told this would not be possible and that Agapée would not be prepared to reimburse the postage cost of £12.40 (even though I provided them with my receipt); this did not seem fair to me. Customer service said that variations in colour or finish can occur depending on lighting and photography - and I think this is what has happened, but the bottom line is that the ring that I received bears little resemblance, apart from the shape, to the one that is advertised (both on the website and on the Instagram).

My understanding is that in circumstances where an item is not as described, the onus is on the seller to fund/ refund the cost of the return.

I paid the postage and then did not receive a refund, I had to chase numerous times before I received *part* of the refund which took over a month to come through. I am still waiting for the other half of my refund (which is meant to be being sent as a gift voucher), it has been 4 months and I still have not received this.

I feel I have been treated rather shoddily by Agapée. I previously was a big fan and recommended Agapée to all of my friends and family; I now tell them to avoid it due to the way this situation has been handled…

Sono piacevolmente stupita. Ho già comprato una collana, degli orecchini e un anello e devo dire che la qualità mi sembra ottima. Per non parlare della velocità della consegna. Inoltre, comodissimo il link per e-mail che ti da aggiornamenti su dove si trova il pacco ( per niente scontato purtroppo ). Davvero un'ottima azienda. Io penso che continuerò a comprare all'infinito.

El envío es un poco más lento de lo habitual, ya que no está en España y esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de hacer el pedido, pero el seguimiento es perfecto en todo momento
