I ordered a ring for my partner for Christmas, I was notified they didn’t have the ring I ordered in stock and they’ll be making a new one from scratch, they told me that it might not make it in time for Christmas but they’ll get it sent out as soon as they can, the ring arrived well before Christmas and it looks more beautiful than on the photos! The company is responsive and helpful and their products are beautiful. Thank you very much!
