Die Kundin hat einen Bucket Hat in einwandfreiem Zustand erhalten, wollte diesen jedoch zurücksenden. Wir haben daraufhin unsere Rücksendeanweisungen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Dabei kann jede Kundin selbstverständlich selbst entscheiden, mit welchem Versanddienst sie die Rücksendung vornimmt. Als zusätzlichen Service bieten wir für Kunden aus Deutschland optional ein versichertes DPD-Retourenlabel für 7,95 € an. Dies ist jedoch keinesfalls verpflichtend.

Umkomplizierte Ersatzlieferung
Ich habe jetzt das zweite Mal bestellt und liebe die Tücher.
Die Tücher aus der letzten Bestellung habe ich direkt gewaschen und dann ist mir erst aufgefallen, dass ein Tuch ein Loch hat.
Auf Anfrage, ob ich das Tuch umtauschen darf, wurde mir ganz unkompliziert der Versand eines neuen Tuches zugesagt, auch wenn nicht klar zu sagen ist, wann und wo das Loch entstanden ist.

Disappointed
I was looking forward to receiving my sponge, my daughter bought one a year ago and recommended it to me (I have a painful shoulder so my arm movements are restricted). However, I am disappointed- mine arrived MUCH shorter than hers and feels much more scratchy. Why is it so much shorter? I can barely reach the ends of it to reach my back ( I tried it over my clothes so far) whereas my daughters would have allowed to achieve that easily. She saw mine and was shocked, she said she won’t repurchase when she needs one again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the sponge didn’t meet your expectations. The one your daughter purchased a year ago is from an older production batch — over time, sponges become much softer and stretch more with regular use.
The current version is designed to exfoliate even better, and will also become softer and more flexible after some time of use. We can assure you that the sponges meet the exact measurements stated in our product description.
We recommend giving it a bit of time to break in — we believe you’ll find it becomes much easier to use and more comfortable.

Quality: 10/10
Purchased a few African net sponges from this website and the quality is excellent. It’s clearly an authentic African net sponge — stretchy, as the real ones should be. Exfoliates the skin very well, leaving it feeling cleaner and noticeably softer.
Also works great for lathering solid soaps like Aleppo soap. It helps the soap foam up quickly, saving time compared to using hands or other sponges. Another benefit is that it dries quickly, which helps prevent germs from building up like they can with traditional loofahs.
Customer Service: 10/10
Made a mistake with the order, contacted support via email, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommended.

Bought an african net sponge, love it, use it every day. If you use pressure it is exfoliating, if not then massaging. I am a big fan.

Erg tevreden
Erg tevreden met AfricanFabs. Snelle communicatie en bezorging (ik had zelf een fout gemaakt bij de bestelling, afhalen ipv bezorgen geselecteerd, dit werd direct aangepast en opgelost, enorm fijn!).
De producten bevallen erg goed en zijn van hoge kwaliteit, ik gebruik de bonnet en net sponge nu enkele maanden en zou deze zeker aanraden.

Slaapmuts besteld
Slaapmuts besteld. Persoonlijk vind ik het heerlijk zitten, eindelijk zijn alle krullen uit mijn nek tijdens het slapen. Of het ook minder pluist vind ik moeilijk te beoordelen. Ook tijdens het woelen blijft de muts goed zitten, je kan zelf het touwtje aantrekken hoe strak je hem wil.

Ik heb inmiddels mijn pakketje binnen, een paar dagen te laat maar ok. Helaas toen ik mijn bestelling binnen kreeg was de maat enorm klein. Ook zijn de producten van slechte kwaliteit. Er zitten zelfs kleine scheurtjes in?? Je ziet dat wanneer je het materiaal bekijkt het super dun en van slechte kwaliteit is. Ik schrijf normaal geen reviews maar ik had zeker veel meer verwacht en zal dit direct terug sturen, ik bestel hier nooit meer iets.

The shower cap is exactly as shown on the picture ( It is me wearing it on the photo ). You have messaged us with this feedback on Etsy earlier, and we proposed that if it does not meet up to your expectations, that you could of course ship it back to us for a refund, unfortunately you did not respond to that.

Vorige week een extra grote douchemuts besteld. Wat een verademing. Al mijn haar past er in 1 keer onder. Trek hem over mijn haar en klaar. Voor maar een paar euro meer. Geweldig ding en van goede kwaliteit. Verzending helemaal top en goed verpakt.
