Angela setup my appt for MRI with no referral and cost a lot less than at the Scripps lab. The communications with her was easy and effective.

So efficient and inexpensive. Angela was absolutely great to work with. I received a referral for x-rays within a few hours, I had three x-rays completed 48 hours later, and I received the results back in 48 hours. Amazing!

Great people. Really care and make the world a better place. They contact you via text, are timely, care about customers and provide a really good value to clients. I would even spend $25-50 more per scan to make sure they stick around (companies need profits to stick around). Love the company and the scan really did find something that I am working to treat with my doctor.

My doctor made a referral for a MRI test and I got referred to the hospital imaging department. I first called the insurance and they told me that the test estimate was $2,700, then I called the hospital and they estimated $1,900. Finally, I searched on Google and I was lucky to find AffordableScans. I filled out a form and Angela immediately pinged me on my phone. She gave me 2 options ($440 or $450). I took the less expensive one and had my MRI done scheduled earlier than the hospital had initially scheduled me for. I got my results on the cloud 2 hours after the exam and I was able to browse the results immediately. The radiologist report came a day after. The only thing that I would improve is the referral process from my doctor to the outside facility. I would like to thanks Angela for always being on top of the process via SMS texts.

I was desperate to find an MRI for my knee that has had me in pain for months, and my insurance put me through the ringer just to land an appointment that would be another few weeks out. At 5pm the text concierge helped me find four nearby locations including prices and an appointment at one of them for the next morning at 1045am. She helped me get all the necessary information over from my doctor and book the appointment. Total cost was $245, up front, no mystery expenses by coming through my worthless insurance, and the location was legit with numerous of its own 5 star reviews. This is how healthcare should be.

My concierge, Angela was great! This was my first time using this concierge service and I’m hooked. Couldn’t have been easier. What a great option if you can’t wait for pre-authorization from the insurance companies!

Should I start by: WOW! for the incredible help I got from Hollywood Healthcare amd diagnostic imaging located in Los Angeles on Vermont Ave.
I messed up my appointment requirement and Artin, the technician, and Gaby at the front desk were just unbelievably helpful so that I could complete my MRI, yet there were people who had their appointment delayed because of me.
Angela, from affordable scan, whom I spoke to the previous day, had explained to me the steps to book the next day appointment with Hollywood Healthcare. Maybe because the pain i am experiencing, i didn't get what I needed to do, which was to send my order, pay online and be set up for my 8.30am appointment.
Yet, Artin, who is incredibly kind, set me up for my MRI. Gaby could have stopped the procedure but allowed me to finish my MRI.
Once my MRI was finished, Angela sent immediately the record/ voucher so that I can give it right away to my doctor.
I don't know what to say more that I am deeply moved by Artin, Gaby and Angela kindness and professionalism.
Also, You won't find a better deal in the whole city.
Last but not least, the imaging center is conveniently located and spotless.

Should I need in the future a MRI, I will undoubtedly come back here.

If only I had found this place first! They saved me over $1,600 on my MRI and were able to get me in in less than 24 hours. They were kind and compassionate, and extremely helpful. The person who helped me schedule my appointment was so helpful and very professional-She scheduled my chest x-ray at my preferred location for day and time that was convenient for me-she also made sure I had all the necessary documentation, explained the entire process and got me on the schedule at the facility very quickly-I am very pleased and will be using your services should I need anything else because of this person-she was awesome!

It's been two weeks since I'm trying to get a referral on through this company. The website does not work. I cannot ever pass Pyament page. Every single time I submit my payment, the site freezes and says "Please do not reload the page in the meantime to ensure the request goes through".

And that's it. You done. You can wait till the end of earth. Nothing will change. Why even offer your services when your main tool isn't working. Why waste people's time?

I injured my knee in November went to urgent care and ER could not get my orthopedic doctor to order an MRI after multiple emails and phone calls

This facility responded to me right away I spoke to a Doctor Who provided the referral and Angela scheduled the MRI the next day the entire experience was so much better than my healthcare provider

Angela was extremely helpful during the entire process. Her prompt responses to all my questions were very much appreciated. I got the imaging scheduled quickly as well as the results. Excellent service!!
